When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A person I have met and I want to work with would be my best friend, Shruti, and I know her since more than five years. I still remember I met her when I was completing or pursuing my bachelor's degree in a very famous, well-known college. We were engaged in doing a lot of social activities regarding activities like blood donation, attending various seminars, etc. When I met her, she was one of among us who was engaged in this and our interest, the qualities which I like in her would be she is very confident enough, she knows what she is doing, she is capable of doing much more things, she has a very different perspective about things and you know taking a problem and solving it and finding a solution for it which I really appreciate in her and in case if I am studying with her or working with her, I think it will be more convenient for me as well as I already know her, I understand her and she understands me in a better way. So we both can collaborate and have a great impact on our work, a positive impact I would say and I would prefer working with her because we both know each other's interest and we both know what we are good in and we know our quality, we know the work in which we are perfect and we can manage it together because we have that team building, a trust between us and as you know the trust is the most essential part in any relationship whether it is a business or whether it is a normal love relationship, trust is the most vital thing.

I would like to work with miss Lalitha. So I met her at this training at my office and the reason that I would like to work with her is that she is very friendly and easy to understand. She knows a lot of Excel techniques and shortcuts and she is also very familiar with Power BI. She helps me understand small concepts very quickly and she is also very understanding of a person when they make a small mistake. She does not consider small small things to be a big issue and she does not fixate on the issue alone. So what she does is she helps the person who made the mistake to learn what went wrong and how to fix that mistake. That is a very rare quality that I that's very difficult to find in a workplace. In a workplace it's usually making a huge scene of the small mistakes and when I met her I decided that I would like to work with her. So I have asked one of my managers that I'd like to transfer to Lalitha's team and work with her. She is an amazing person who is very friendly and is very patient when she teaches the teaches the junior staff about the concepts that are involved at work.

I would like to share about a person I recently met on social media and I just read his bio and I got to know that he was a co-founder of an organization. While I come from a background of social sciences and social work, for me to find somebody who is a founder member of a non-governmental organization just made me more inquisitive of knowing this person more. So initially we had a conversation over text and we got to know each other, that's when I got to know he is just 26 years old and he has been doing this startup since the last two years. The very fact that he was a young entrepreneur just made me realize how compassionate and dedicated he was towards his work. So his organization's name is Barabari which means equal and it's a tech organization which offers tech support to the marginalized section of the society. What inspired me about him was he was so empathetic and we shared the same social values. We believed that with equity, equality matters. We believed that people who are from the weaker section of the society need support and I think that's the reason why we just clicked and I would really want to work with this person.

So, I met this person, Dr. Anshu Sethi, who is a super-specialist neonatologist during my internship. I met her as an intern and I was overwhelmed by her way of practicing by looking at the patients and the extensive OPD which she looks regularly. So, by my curiosity, I went to her OPD and started attending her OPD along with her. I was thrilled by seeing the patients, the way she looks at the patients, the way she treats them and the overwhelming response she gets by the patients and the mothers. Because of that, I actually decided to take up paediatrics and become a doctor. So, she is my inspirational model and I would always be looking up to her when I need for any help.
