When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, the one person that I think I should describe is my best friend, Ravni, and I follow her because she's my best friend and she represents or signifies the values that I believe in. That is why we are best friends and I think I click with her, I am comfortable with her. Furthermore, I think she's a great person and social media is a way to just keep up with a person's life, to keep up with your friend's life. Moreover, I think professionally we are in the same student council of our school and to communicate on a daily basis and to talk with each other, discuss topics, discuss work. I think there's a need for us to follow each other on social media so that we can keep up with each other's life and we can discuss important topics. And certainly, I think social media is a great way to communicate and to know each other better.

So the person who I follow in social media is Jeet Dosanjh. So he is basically an artist who is as well a singer as well. So why I do follow him? It's just because of the one reason that he is a person who I feel is down to earth personality. He is basically from the Punjab, that means he belongs to Amritsar, Punjab and it's a very good notion that he passes a statement and he spreads positivity everywhere whenever he conducts any shows or whenever he, now it's the India too that he is conducting. So he is going to every place and every city and one thing he is examining, one thing he is spreading is the positivity and one statement by Guru Nanak Dev Ji that is God is one. He never discriminates based on any religion, he respects every religion and I would say like that is what we have got from our like ancestors as well. So I belong from the Sikh family and I am from the Sikh religion, he belongs to the same religion. I don't say like I just prefer him because of that thing but I do prefer him because he is the one who says that humanity comes first before religion and that is the best thing that I like about him. Obviously his work is the most priority thing that I admire as his songs, they are like on the top notch and I don't think so like in the world, like he conducts shows outside the India also. So he is the person, he is the well-known artist known everywhere whether it's India or it's abroad. So he is being recognized for his work as well and whatever songs he has like, whatever song he is producing that too like there is no match.

Okay, so I follow this person on Instagram. Her name is Laura and her account is laura.fitness. So I started looking at her videos a few months ago and the first video that I saw was her transformation journey. So she has this tradition that she has met everyone on her birthday. She posts this one video of her channel where she is eating cake and she is on the Shabbir rant and the present birthday when she is very fit. And the reason that I follow her is because she puts very realistic videos. She understands that achieving fitness level, following a proper diet is not an easy task. So she recommends the ways you can tackle those difficulties so that you don't relapse. And you have to take the leap and go beyond your strengths and your comfort zone to achieve what you want to get. Also, she knows a lot of body positivity. Not only that, you should keep eating whatever you like and kind of get on the obese side. But she understands that there are people who are naturally like that and this is the point where I relate to her the most. And that is why I continuously follow her because I have a body that isn't very flexible when I am losing weight. I have to work really hard to at least keep my weight in check. So that is why I follow her so much. And on the post, she asks if it is related to her gym videos, her diet and her regular routine and how she balances her exercise and workout with her personal life and professional life.

The person I follow on social media recently was Mr. Nikhil Kamat. He is a serious entrepreneur and an investor and is known for his investment at Zeroda where he is the managing director for the said company. I really love his work and the work ethic that he follows as its visible through newspapers, his recent interviews and even his newly found podcast called WTF. I definitely like the idea of WTF as he brings in multiple guests over and he asks them about their business style and focuses on how they improve their businesses and are keen as to what they are as a person in their personal life rather than their professional life. He has brought in several guests like Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Bill Gates, even he has brought a Bollywood celebrity called Ranbir Kapoor. I really like the way that he conducts those interviews as he is very comfortable with those particular guests and at the same time he even asks questions which are completely different from what the generic news media cover. His posts that he covers on his social media are always related to these interviews that I love to watch in short clips found on Instagram. The main purpose that I listen to his podcast is to understand the voice of these particular guests on what they believe and how I could also reflect upon the ideas that they project to the general public.

One person that I would like to talk about is Cristiano Ronaldo who I follow him on Instagram. To talk about him, I need to start a story that goes back to 2012. It was an El Clasico match. It was between Real Madrid and Barcelona and Ronaldo scored two goals for Real Madrid. The second goal was very special for me because I could see blood dripping in his eyes but still he managed to score a goal. It was a wonderful goal. He earned a point for his team and that was the moment that made me search for him. Who is he? Who is this guy? How was he able to go through this? And then I went about and learned about his story, I got perplexed. Coming from a small island in Madeira to becoming a sensational global star, his story was very inspiring which made me follow him. The content that he daily posts, he usually isn't very active but he occasionally posts some motivational tips and videos about his training. So I have been following him since 2015 and the thing I like about him is his attitude. He has this one goal and one motto. He puts in his work and he expects the results. He is a process oriented person, I could say. And he has been an inspiration for me. He has taught me the values of hard work and dedication. I could see that he is an inspiration for many people too. I like the way he plays, particularly the position he is from transitioning from a winger to an attacking striker. His career achievements are that he is the greatest goal scorer of the world in the history of football and I really love him. Thank you.

I would just like to get this out of the way, I have never really been a big fan of social media. I don't really follow a lot of movie stars, famous people, writers or any celebrities of any kind from any field. But one person that I would like to describe, that I follow is Mr. Krishna Mehta, he's my best friend from high school, Siddhavati Vaipodar High School, he's a very good friend that I came to know in 12th standard, I mean he was in my class in 11th but we became real proper friends in 12th, he's a laid back kind of funny guy that makes the room brighter when he enters it. He usually posts photos about where he's going, he likes to travel so he posts a lot of photos of him travelling with his friends, just that kind of thing and it's nice to see him happy and enjoying his life after school and in college.
