    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    When I think of a person who seems to be very open, the first thought in my mind would be my best friend. We've known each other for about 2 years now since our school days, and the one thing I admire the most about her is about how honest and expressive she is, whether she's talking to a close friend or even a stranger. She's the kind of person who never hides her feelings. If something is bothering her, she'll talk about it. If she's excited or happy, she shares that energy with people around her. She's also really open-minded. She listens to people's opinions without judgement and is always ready to have a deep, meaningful and thoughtful conversation. What makes her stand out to me the most is when she's comfortable being vulnerable. For example, she shares stories about her struggles with confidence or a time when she felt left or lost the most. And instead of making things awkward, she actually brings people closer to her because she's so real. I think being open is a powerful trait, especially in today's world where people often hide behind filters or pretend everything is fine. My best friend reminds me that it's okay to be yourself and that honestly builds trust and strong connections with each other.

    There's a lot of person who I'm very open and also who I consider open. One of my best friend is a very open. She and I, we are very close, we are very linked. Her name is Pasni. I used to call her Apa. Since childhood, we're best friends. Growing up, we're still friends, but we are separated due to our own busy schedules, university life and school life. So because of that, we went into different parts. Since kids, we were always friends. Even during childhood, we were neighbours because due to my parents also, we shifted to a place and from there, I got to know her. We became friends and we always go around our neighbourhood as well as we play. We play badminton, any sports, any Barbie doll games. Every single thing, we do things together. We are soulmates, but at the same time, we are besties because we match. Our energy matches. Whenever we talk about something, she will like that. Also, our discipline as well as our behaviour, everything is linked. I have known her since kids, so due to that also, I guess we got connected. However, as she's busy now and I'm also busy with my own life, we do catch up.

    The person in my point of view who is open and extrovert is my friend Arif, whom I met in my academic study of PharmD, it's a six-year program, however, by interacting with him as of my first encounter in my first year with him, he was very frank and open and all he spoke about his daily life, routine and his personal experiences and how he chose the course to illustrate, he mainly speaks about his daily life, his daily routine and what he is going to be in the future and he shares everything what happened today or yesterday, he is I think a person with no grudges, bike-biting or jealousy towards other people and he is a person of, as I know him since, however, as I know him since past six years, six to seven years, I think he is a punctual and always care about others, concluding my contracts, I would like to prefer him only over all others to be more extrovert and more enthusiastic to explore more people.

    Band 6-7

    A person who I think is very open is my uncle. He is my immediate uncle as he is my father's sister's husband. Although I do not like the unsolicited opinions he gives to me, I do think that the quality of him not caring about people's judgement is really valuable in today's world. I remember there was one time when we were talking about college and he told me that I should not go abroad as it's not safe and I should try to stay close to family. Even though I didn't ask for his opinion, he did not seem to care. However, I do think that he speaks his mind and his ability to trust his children is something that I will always praise him for. He likes having very frank conversations with my cousins and even if they have gotten into trouble or done something wrong, he does not shout at them. He tries to become their friend and talk to them and he very openly states that he will always support them and moreover he is a very flamboyant person because recently they had a grand celebration of their anniversary and they spent a lot of money on it. So in that way as well I think he is flexible and open.

    One person whom I deeply respect, admire and spent a lot of time thinking is my mother. Her name is Solly and she is 43 years old. She is an admirable human and she is very compassionate. She... In my childhood I was my mom's favorite. We were two, me and my brother. And my brother was father's favorite and I was my mother's favorite. So I do have a bond with her. So do my brother but I think the intensity of bond which I have with my mother is something else considering with my brother. I spent a lot of time thinking about her because recently I moved from the city to another city for my work. So I don't get enough time to spend with her. So I'll be thinking like what is she doing or what did she ate. Even though she calls me all the day and every time, I'm still concerned about her because concerning the fact that she is 53, I know that she will be good on her own but as a son I'm responsible for my mother. And my mother is a great person. She's been through a lot in her life but her courage and her humbleness is on a formal level. I really love my mother and she is my key concern. Even though she is educated, she gets a bit clumsy because of her age sometimes which is bothering for me. But I truly love my mother more than anything in this world.

    Band 6-7

    The person I know who is very open is one of my friends, Preeti. She is my friend since 6 years and I know her in and out. She always gives such a normal response and expression to everything you share to her. She never judge anyone. It doesn't matter how bad you did, how good you did, how bad you performed in your test, how bad you are performing in your career. She doesn't care about it. She just says that you should be happy and you should do good in your life and what you like. The work you are doing should be related to your inner joy. If you are not getting happy with your work, then there is no value of that work. I think that this point of view can really motivate many people. We should all learn this in one point of time. You can not always achieve everything and do best in everything but still you can get happy and do what you like. In this way, you will like what you are doing, you will do good in what you are doing and you will achieve something in what you are doing. It will be good in all areas.

    The friend who is very frank with me is Anushka. She is my library companion. She used to come to library weekly twice or thrice and we all time have meet regularly specially at the tea shop or while eating snacks at any fast food counter. She is very open to me regarding and discussing things like what societies are facing the problem now a days. Especially gender discrimination, racial discrimination or how women and men are getting treated in the society. In these things she is very open to me and if there is any personal problem also in my life, she will say it openly instead of thinking like what you gonna feel or does it get hurt or not and all. She has taught me to be generous and have clarity while telling something to others. Because when we say things with doubts or not having proper clarification it can lead to doubts and all and trust issues. So that's why she is telling me to be very open with others and including me also. I really feel lucky that she is one of my life partner who is telling me what to do and what not to do and giving suggestions to me. And I am hoping that she will be a friend for longer period.

    The person which I like to describe as very open to me is my friend Nishant, who is my childhood friend since when I came to Intergovernmental School in 2040 and we are together since last 8 years. And we are very familiar to each other and very open to each other and we share our personal experience and something like that how we can achieve and he is very open to me and he helps me in boosting my confidence moreover how can I achieve and if I face any issue regarding my personal life or professional life he encourages me how can I deal with him and he also helps me in dealing with the people and challenges which are coming in our life and he also explains me via spiritual things like reading Bhagavad Gita and watching videos and podcasts how these will help me and I feel about them he is very open minded and he is very supportive to me not because he is my friend also because he is a very gentle man and Nishant is very open minded and he is very helpful and very good in nature and all around the neighborhood they describe him that he is a very good boy and he is also a very responsible he helps his family financially and he is also very supportive to his friends and family and also very responsible and in short what he is a very gentle man and you words can't describe him and I feel very good when I am with him I feel like I am a person who is valuable for him and he is the most valuable person for me because whenever I feel sad or something else I go with them and out of park and I share my problems and like nothing is impossible.

    Nowadays, communication is the key of everything. I know one person who is very open and extrovert. He never feels shy in front of others. If we talk to a stranger, he feels very comfortable when he talks first time even. I know him from my school time and his nature is the same like when he was in school. Till now, he is very clever and a person who never feel uncomfortable to communicate about anything. He has a very good command on his communication. He is a salesperson and in sales job, communication plays a very important role. Because of his skills, he plays his role very nicely and gets incentives and promotion. He delivers many roles in his job.

    The person who is very open to me is my best friend. Without her my life is incomplete. I can be open to her anything, like for example share my secrets and she shares her secrets too. We even have planned a future together and dreams to start like for example to start our own college. Subsequently maybe she might leave me and go but I'm not sure. Like it's her parents who decides it but she was the only person I can be very open with and share my secrets. She was my soul sister, my secret keeper, everything.
