Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Well, there are a lot of laws that are in my country about environmental protection, but here I would like to talk about a law that is I very like, like so much and the law, this law is about protection of plants and when we, in this law we cannot cut the tree which are green and look green and a person, if a person want to cut the tree, he has to take permission from the forest department and if any person find out to cutting the tree, he would be given a 10 year imprisonment and 2 year and 2 lakh rupees fine. So when I was reading a book about environmental science, that time I find out about this law and this law made by our late prime minister Indira Gandhi in 1970. From that time this law is implement in our country and because of law, because of this law we can see greenery in our country and in that law save lot of forest. So this is the law that I found very interesting.

Band 6-7

I am going to describe a law on the topic of environmental protection. It's about dumping the wastages in public places and in the water bodies. We should place a proper garbage bins in the proper public main sports or main areas. So the people should dump the garbage there itself. So from that we can save our environment. If we are not dumping the garbage in these dumps, the person who are putting in the public places should give him penalty or fine.

Band 6-7

I'm not that familiar with law on environmental protection, but I do guess that there must be few measures which should be put under law to maintain a limit to damage the environment. As we know that environment protection is not only useful now, but it will be a key feature for future generations. And the law should contain various factors protecting the trees which are located mainly in the forest, as oxygen is one of the most precious source of our lives. And there are many benefits from trees provided when they are alive, rather than they died because of deforestation. And the main reason for choosing this law is that it should not only protect the environment, but it also should be helpful for increasing the mankind.

Band 6-7

In India, there are a lot of environmental protection laws that have been implemented recently with the emergence of the new government. One such law that I find is the most useful for us citizens is about the waste management. Disposing garbage in India has never been an easy task. Earlier, what people used to do, they would collect their waste in a bag and they would dispose it off anywhere. If you travel to India, you wander around some cities, you will find waste lying around at the corner of a street or a huge dustbin from which the waste is overflowing. But now, the government launched a new law where you are supposed to divide your waste as recyclable and non-recyclable. Firstly, it makes disposing the garbage a lot more easier. Second thing that was done to make it more practical was a garbage collector will

Over the years, due to increase in pollution and deforestation, we have increased the temperature of the surface very highly. So we have a phenomenon called as global warming in earth. So due to increase in global warming, the ice caps are melting and we are having sea level rise. And because of that, we are having huge problems in earth atmosphere. So government has implemented different rules to safeguard the environment and for our future generations. So government has implemented something called as bar stage for the vehicular pollutions wherein every year the out of vehicular norms have been updated so that each cars pollute much lesser when compared to previous years. Due to these stricter norms, we are able to curb some air pollution which in turn reduces lesser carbon emission and lesser global warming. Government should start implementing various measures as well to control various types of pollution.

As environment plays an important role to survive, environment is the prominent one which we have to keep safe, so I would speak about the law which is specially made by government to particularly save the environment and protect the environment from the hazard things and the law is no to plastic, no to plastic because plastic is non-biodegradable waste, it cannot be, it can harm the environment in a bad, in worse way, burning of plastic can, plastic release pollutant fumes, pollutant fumes which really had an adverse effect on the environment and nature, moreover plastic is, plastic is, plastic is really, is really, is really not beneficial for us, so the government made no plastic, no plastic and in the case of the use of plastic bag, government passed the law that everyone should use eco-friendly bags, for example, paper bags which really the first step to save our environment, furthermore, furthermore, the person who, the person who use plastic bag and the, and the industries who throw the waste on, who throw the waste like plastic on the rivers, near the rivers is really get fined and get charged by the government, so I basically, so I basically prefer, so I basically agree with this law that environment, that it is our duty to save the environment in effective and proper way, so people should, so people should, so people should use, so people should follow the rules and regulations made by government to kept our environment in

Environmental protection. So as the name suggests, environmental protection law is the umbrella term on the law that protects and helps to protect our environment. Environmental law is an umbrella term which also includes the water protection, air protection, national green forest protection and much more. So I learned about this environmental protection law first time during my fifth standard when we had a subject named as environmental studies. The law over there was the basic law which told about what an environment is, why do we need to protect it and what does environment provides to us. So environment if I have to explain it, it is a thick blanket or the ecosystem where all the human beings also including the flora and the fauna lives under. And I learnt about the detailed environmental protection during my law classes wherein we had environmental protection act 1971 which talks about the punishments that one can get into if they don't maintain the standards and they don't focus about protecting the environment and when they don't rely on the standards that has been set by the government of India for protecting our environment. Next if we talk about the water protection act, it is the law which helps to prevent, preserve and protect the water bodies which are mainly lakes, ponds, streams and many more. There also they have punishments for not regulating the water standards which are being set by the central government and same goes with the air pollution act.

In India, there is a law named as the Environment Protection Law of 1987. It is a legislation made in order to protect the environment. It prescribes the rules and regulations which government and its agencies should follow in order to protect the environment and the surroundings. It also prescribes fast track codes which are used to deal with the cases which are specifically in relation to the nature, environment and destruction thereof. Further, I came to know about this act as I am a law student and in my 5th semester, I have studied about this law. In this act, the government has the power to impose sanctions and impose fines along with penalties on the people who are involved in causing deterioration to the environment. For example, in one of the cases in which Supreme Court held that people and companies who are involved in the deterioration of the Yamuna river shall have to give a fine of around Rs. 50 lakhs. Apart from that, this act also prescribes basic features of a company that should incorporate in its agenda so as to keep in mind the value of nature and so that their works do not hamper with the working of the nature itself.

Firstly, a law, the topic was being given, a law on environmental protection to begin with. On environmental protection, the laws should be known by every common civilian as it's our mother nature and it's our responsibility to protect the environment. Nowadays, as we all know that due to the high automobile usage and the radiation, environmental pollution, sound pollution has become more nowadays. So to protect from those, a law should be imposed for the common civilian and in the society that consumption of, like for the, when it comes to the automobile, there should be a non-pollution certificate and that law should be implemented as soon as possible and for radiation, the radiation which comes from our mobile phone, a certain threshold radiation should be maintained from all the mobile phones so that a law should be implemented for the judiciary government so that every civilian gets started responsibly and he makes, he will be more confined to the rules and one more law I have recently came to is that industrial

One of the environmental protection I know is Wildlife Act 2024. This Act was amended for the protection of wildlife by the Kerala Wildlife Department. Started to build in 2019 and it was cancelled in 2023. It strictly prohibited for the entrance of people into a wildlife forest or wildlife sanctuary without the permission from the Kerala Government or the Forest Department. And also it ensured that each and every animals that are preserved in the forest are protected without from external environmental attacks from peoples and all. Also feeding of animals is also strictly prohibited. It also gave amendment that the route which are going to the forest should be closed, ignored for the protection of animals. Animal protection is very cause of concern because we can see that there is large decline on the animals by day by day due to the expansion of humans into the forest area. And due to the expansion the animals are coming out and attacking the people. This low protect the animals and the physical integration of humans into the forest area. This is very good law to protect the animals and it should be implemented earlier. But the government has taken measures now to implement this law within the coming months and all. But there are many concerns from the farmers that for having it there should not be ban. Because many farmers and other people have to travel the forest in order to reach another region. And government is also considering such situation. By taking the protection of both humans and animals generally there will be the diversity and increasing the population of animals.
