When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I would like to talk about the historical period of 10th and 11th century. I had actually been to Mahabalipuram temple which is in Tamil Nadu in the last year. To be honest I was very fascinated about the architecture, surroundings and just the beauty of the place and I was very curious to know about how people lived over there in the 10th century. I even went through google, wikipedia and certain history textbooks to find out what really happened in those ages, how did people build such things, what was their lifestyles, what was their income. I had hundreds of questions within me and I was very eager to find them all out. The interesting fact that I learnt was half of the city which is now visible, half of the city has been submerged in sea. There is a story behind which conveys that Lord Indradeva was very jealous of the beauty of the temple Mahabalipuram and he just destroyed half the city with floods and submerged half of them. More like a curse if I am not wrong.

Historical period that I would like to talk about would be the time where India was fighting for its independence and where it got independence around 1947. I would like to know how the time was in that period of time, how people faced, what are the challenges for people facing, what were the people's sacrifices, what were the challenges people faced day to day life. How can I know about it? There are many resources lately on internet that is endless knowledge is available on the internet which can simply get into it but it also that the many false information has been also recorded over the many articles for the newspapers and the journalism. So it is very hard to get the perfect good information. I would rather go to the library, use an ancient book, some scribbles, some old printed book rather than believing in some random article on the internet surfing. I would really know about how the people used to trade, how people used to communicate with each other, how people used to travel from one place to another because lately now in this era it has become so easy and convenient but early times I would love to know the challenges faced, to know the value of the current situation. That would help me much feel the gratitude currently the things I have and not being greedy for what I am expecting.

So, I would like to talk about different historical places, but the one I really feel very crucious So, there are numerous historical places I am really into to know about, but the one that specifically hits me more to know about is the beauty and the variety of things over there is of the Amritsar Golden Temple, which is located here. So, there are a lot of historical places which I feel to know about a lot, but one that always hits into my heart is the Golden Temple, which is situated in Amritsar, the land of greenery, agriculture and a lot about. I wanted to know the period where there was a lot of British Empires who used to come and they used to slave the Indian people, but I am really interested like how people introduced themselves, how they started building the empire so nicely, how with the period slowly and gradually they made it into the Golden Temple, which is its name stands for, which means the everything is of gold and I am really inspired to know about it. Why? Because I feel that during those periods where it was really very hard for people to take stands for themselves and where the rulers used to rule so strongly and they used to not let do anyone anything. I feel they took a really good stand and how and who were the ones who started doing this and took this initiative to build such a good temple for worshiping people and understanding how people's emotions are dept into it. I am really very amazed to see that. How I got to know about Amritsar Golden Temple is because I am from Punjab and I am Punjabi and I have always heard a lot of stories from my ancestors like it was a really difficult period, how the Guru Sahib and all the people of that particular community, they become so strong, stood for themselves and slowly and gradually they have started, they started building that. Though they had a lot of different consequences, lot of hardships came in between, but they still stood up together.

I will be talking about historical period. In general, historical period is a segment of time which can be marked by distinct features like say a social structure or a particular type of technology used or cultural norms. Historical periods help us analyze and review and look back at the evolution of life and lifestyle. It is quite obvious that historical periods can be divided into the medieval or the early age, then comes the middle age and the modern age. So, I would like to and coming from a country like India, we have a rich history and culture. So, this period evolved the historical period it went through a lot of changes. So, there were many great rulers and lots of changes in the societal norms and stuff like that. So, prehistoric, when I talk about the periods, we talk about the prehistoric period, the time before written records. It was all about the humans and the use of tools like that and when we talk about the ancient times, it had early civilizations like the Mesopotamian and various empire like the Roman Empire, the Egyptian Empire and so on. When we talk about the middle age, we see the decline of the Roman Empire and also the rise of feudalism. When I talk about the early modern era, we had a nice
