When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So a goal that I set for myself is to get a shredded body this year. As a kid I was always a fat guy till now. So in January 2025 I decided that I am going to make a chiseled body, a shredded body this year. So I initially looked into my this goal and started working out. It's been like 6 months now and I have been going to the gym on regular basis mostly. If possible I try to go 5 days a week but sometimes due to some family functions or some personal things I don't come up, don't go to the gym but that's fine because consistency is what really matters. If you have a goal in your mind you can achieve it. That's what some famous personalities told us. So I have that goal in mind and I am planning to move forward with it. I think it's gonna be rough but I am going to look into those problems in the eye and tell them that I am gonna make my body so shredded this year that every person in my family is gonna tell me that please start eating and get back to your healthy self. Yeah, that's it.

So my goal is to control my anger. I am having a very short temper now and I would like to improve that. So I started this goal or I thought of this goal for the first time when my family and my friends started complaining about my anger issues and I tried to shout out to them for the simple silly things. That is when I decided to set this goal and improve myself on how to control my anger. As a first step I am trying to analyze how am I reacting to simple situations and am I giving the correct importance to all the situations or am I overreacting. That will be the first thing I will be analyzing. Second thing I will try to control myself and stop myself from getting angry or overreacting or shouting out or yelling at someone. I will note down per day how many instances of such breakouts are there and I will try to minimize them first. I don't think it will be very easy for that but still I am planning to track my progress and day by day I think I can improve a lot. On the first days or initial days I can start by cutting down one or two instances from my day and later increasing that frequency. Finally reaching a stage where I am not at all angry at anyone but better control my emotions all the way. It is very natural to be angry but it is not a good idea to push it on someone and make them suffer. So in the moment of anger we might say something without thinking much but that may cause adverse effects on the person who is listening or hearing and that may cause permanent scars.

A goal that I have always dreamed of achieving is moving abroad for my higher studies because I wanted a change in my environment and I had this kind of dream of moving abroad since I was in like 8th standard and it's been 4-5 years. Right now I have just passed my 12th, I am doing the file processing and everything that I need for visa and I am working pretty hard and I want to achieve the goal anyhow because it is my dream, moreover I would not accept that it is a bit difficult but I believe I should have trust in myself, I should have faith and everything will fall off in place and everything will go in my way if I'll be honest with everything I do, I will be truthful to myself, I won't do anything bad for someone else, that would help me achieve my goals like I believe in this that if I pray for others good I will get something good in return, I never try to hurt someone, I believe in destiny, I believe that whatever I'll do I'll get the same in return, maybe less or more but yeah I believe this way and I hopefully I want this dream of mine to come true soon, let's see, it is my biggest goal, thank you, have a nice day.

I apply for my masters to achieve that opportunity because most of the colleges allow only for masters level physiotherapists who have a postgraduate degree in individual subjects. They apply for academic field. When I was in my bachelors, I tried a lot to be a consultant physiotherapist. But when I am not achieving that because of health issues and also lack of physical endurance, then I would distract my attention on the academic field. And seriously, when I am joining my teaching,
