    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    I would like to tell you about my friend today. He is Mr. Venkatesh. He is my childhood friend and also an undergraduate in my college. He is a very good person. He is very decent and he always welcomes me with a smiling face and always calms down my anger in my high situations and also a college friend. I met him in my childhood. I know him since my third class. He has a very good leadership qualities because the way he behaves with the people, the way he orders them and commands them, I like the way in him. Moreover, there are many such qualities that I have observed from my childhood that he was a very humble person and also a good leader that I know. He behaves like a political leader and a fascinating one.

    So, I can describe my best friend Binsumol as a good leader, because I know her from my age to standard, we are childhood friends, we were together from our childhood, we grow, we play and we spend time together, we are neighbours also. So we studied nursing in Bangalore, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. From that time onwards, I can see a good leader in her, we are having class leaders every month. When she was a leader, there was corona time, corona period that time, so our exam was also going on, so the team leader was having a very hectic schedule and work load, so she handled it very nicely and she removed all the troubles and problems that we have faced. And when we come to the work, we are working as paediatric nurse in Kokilap and Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. As here also we are together, I can see her with my closed eyes, she is the team leader of our group, so we are having different schedules, morning, evening and night duties. So whenever she is in duty, she is the team leader and I am always with her. So if the duty is very busy also, she can handle that very nicely. By the way of her talking, by the way she is handling the team, that is very understandable because if others are there, they will get frustrated, they will shout at their staff but how Binsu is like that, she will make all the things together for her team. She don't blame her team, she always help, if another staff find difficulty in treating the patient or they are busy with their other patients, as a team leader she helps her whole team, so that is a very good quality I have seen in her.

    In schools, I think it is very important to choose a leader to manage everything in classes and schools. So, we had also a school leader and a class leader. Not only in schools, we had a leader in college also. One of my friends is the best in leadership. His name is Abraham Sebastian. He is a young, talented, handsome boy at that time. He was very punctual and also he is a very courageous man, I know. He manages the things in the classrooms. At that time, the leaders have the responsibility to ask the tutors to take classes. He is the one who makes the timetable for the class teachers to take classes. He manages the funding of small fees. He managed everything at that time. We have to choose different representatives for every class. But, we together decided to make him the class leader for every year.

    So, a friend of mine who is a good leader, I consider him a good leader is Krishna as his personality reflect a good leader. He, during my college days, we were in same class, many times we got presentations and group assignments. So, I have found him very much engaging with the teammates. Also, he tries to make others understand or help others whenever they need any assistance or help. He never turns his back. Furthermore, I have found him involved in lot of team work activities and coordination activities such as organizing an event or contacting with lots of people. He is very much engaged in such kind of activities. In addition to this, he is a very humble person. If anyone person asks any kind of help to him, I never found him saying no to the person or rejecting their request. He is always in front or even if he cannot help others, he suggests them whatever impossible way he could. So, thus these are the qualities which I find him and helps me consider him as a good leader. For me also, whenever I found any difficulty, any kind of problems, even personal problem or study related issues.

    A good friend of mine, his name is Samyak. When it comes to personal nature, he is really shy and socializes less. But when it comes to work, he is really aggressive and knows how to make the work done and achieve the end goal. If I also talk about his educational background, so he is in CSN Junior from IIT Delhi. After that he completed his MBA from SMS Delhi and currently he is serving as a product manager in Google. So why I consider him as a leader, I have worked with him when we were kids at the time of school. So we were having a project in 9th class and the way he took the lead as a project leader and worked hard with everyone as a team, making it a collective effort. He was really passionate about the work. He had the ability to solve problems. When everyone was talking about the problems, he was solving them. He was really optimistic as a leader. He knew who has the capability to do the work and did the work accordingly.

    So, one of my friends who I believe is a good leader is my childhood friend, we started interacting with each other when we were in KG class and it's been 25 years plus and we are still in contact with each other. So, she has been always a good orator, I believe that is one of the good qualities that you need in a good leader and because she is a good orator, she tends to be very assertive when she has to be. Right now, she is working in an MNC bank and her location is in Hyderabad, she is handling about 25 to 30 people under her, I believe that talks for itself, if she has 30 people who are under her management. If we talk about and she behaves however she needs to, she can be childish at some point of time, she can also be very vocal when she has to make her point known to other people but other than that she is a very very good listener, she is very, besides being a good listener, she will listen to what your problems are and be there when you need her, you can always give her a call at 2 am and she will reply back to you. I believe those are some qualities that you need in a good leader and she is making up for all of them. Thank you.

    Leader is the one of the most important part of the group and a leader is always good, always saying how to work. Today I would like to talk about one of my best friend Kenil. He is captain of our Kabaddi team. He always knows how to win this match. He instructed our team and my team has always been under his captainship. He is always an active person on the match field. Now he is a national champion in Kabaddi team and he leads the national Kabaddi team.

    As per my viewpoint Sandeep would be the best leader as I know because as I lived with him for past 7-8 years I know him thoroughly. I came across him for the academic studies of pharma which I have completed doctor of pharmacy and he was one of my classmate and although he was also my roommate so I know him personally. I lived with him for 24 hours. He is a man full of experience. The most quality I like in him is he is a diplomatic person. He knows how to handle the situations, how to lead a team, how to take care of a team, how to solve problems and that's the main thing I like about him. However he was a leader of a group project which we were conducted in project work in 5th year. He was an absolute fine leader leading from front although he divided the work with us but most of the part of the project was covered by him and the expressions and the while expressing some words or while giving a speech in front of a huge crowd the expressions he have, the idioms he have.

    I have a lot of good friends who are the greatest ability of the leader. But in which I would like to mention one person that is Siddhesh Nadri. He is a good leader according to me and he was my good partner in the under-19 cricket team. When I was 19, I and Siddhesh represented to the Pune district cricket team. We met together at the time at Pune cricket stadium. That's why I assume he is the best leader. He is the captain of the overall team and he represents the Pune district team as captain. It's a very big thing. Additionally, I would like to say that he has a lot of qualities. First, I would like to mention that he is the great leader. He assumes everyone's beliefs. So, I assume him as a great leader. Secondly, he is a carpenter. He never thought that we will give up. He is tenacious also. He is meticulous. He pointed a lot of things and tried to diminish the bugs in the previous one. So, I assume he is a great leader. I would like to put an example from my past. When our team was in struggle, when bowlers considered more runs. He kept his hand on the head of the bowlers and said, Don't worry about it. Play your game. Don't take a stress. Be free. That's why this incident motivated me. That's why I assume Siddhesh as a good leader and a good friend of mine.
