    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    There are many people who always come with great efforts and they can influence many people. I also feel very lucky to have such family member who is working phenomenously and if given a chance I would love to work with her. She is none other than my mother. So I vividly remember that two years ago she decided to start her own business. Though it was really a daunting task for her to start her own business, despite having many challenges, she decided to work so nicely and effortlessly that at the end of the day it was the dawn of her own business, her own success. I have observed that she has focused on hard work always, though there were many challenges in her life, but she always believed that a very true path, 100% dedication can give a person 100% success. She always motivates me. I love the way how she nicely can manage the work environment. She can deal with workers very nicely. Her creative, innovative, imaginary thinking is the key to bring the business at the top. When I will get the chance to work with her, I would feel like a dream. It would be more than best part of my life to learn directly from my mother. I have learnt many things as my job was in business administration. However, getting direct experience from my mother can be more than wonderful. I would love to work with her to get practical knowledge, pragmatic approach and at the same time all the business related insights that can help me to grow my own business in future.

    I would like to work with my brother Anirudh in the future. He has completed his bachelor's in engineering with a specialization in computer science post which he pursued his master's in management information system from University of Illinois-Chicago. He has a variety of technical skills and has good coding skills. I have never worked with him before but in the future I would like to work with him on data analysis. There is a lot that I can learn from him. He is aware of a lot of technical tools. He uses Python, SQL and Power BI regularly in his current job. Therefore, I would like to work with him on data analysis by using these tools as it makes the process of analysis much easier and quicker. I really appreciate his work ethic and he has a good performance in his current job where he has been exceeding the expectations set by him, set by the management for his title. He has a very good work ethic. He is very honest, punctual and delivers work on time. He is also very tech-friendly and is the quickest typist in the entire family. Therefore, I would like to work with him.

    I would like to talk about my elder brother, whom I would love to work with in future. My brother and I share a very strong bond. He is about 5 years older than me and has always been like a mentor to me, both personally and professionally. He is currently working in a field of digital marketing and also runs a small creative agency that handles branding and content for startups. Since I came from a creative background and I am passionate about fashion, retail and marketing, I feel that our skills would really complement each other. Working with a family member can be challenging sometimes, but because we already understand each other's strength and communication style, I believe it would be a great experience. More than anything, it would be fulfilling to build something meaningful with someone I trust completely. So yes, if I ever get a chance, I definitely want to work with my brother and bring our shared vision to life. We have already seen and planned everything for the future. We have a 5-year capital investment done for my branding. Let's see how it turns out and I think it would turn out great. Me and my brother shared a vision to be the biggest fashion designer in the fashion capital Paris, its states in Europe.     Okay, so the family member who I would like to work with in the future is with my dad. He's a very inspiring person. Though he is very busy in his work, he always removes time from his busy schedule and helps me with learning something new between 7 and 8 o'clock. So last week, we were learning about the stock market and how to invest in various assets. He inculcated in me the values of life lessons. He helped me learn, read books. When we were discussing about the stock market, he was telling me how he handles his office. He is basically the Vice President of the Wealth Asset Management Company. So he uses high net worth individual people money to invest into various assets. He was teaching me how he looks at charts and how different moving averages in a chart show the different time frames and how the psychology of man is seen through charts. Also, he showed me that it's basically the behavior of man that is depicted on the charts.

    One family member I would love to work with in the future is my mother. She is an entrepreneur who runs her own business and I've always been impressed by her dedication, hard work and passion. She's taught me a lot about the importance of perseverance, creativity and teamwork. I would love to collaborate with her on a project that combines our skills and interests.     Today I would like to speak about my cousin named Avarna. She is my mother's elder brother's second child. She used to stay with me even when she was so young. Because she did her schooling and college in my city. So she was staying in my house and she is about 3-4 years younger than me. I used to teach her, we used to study together during our college time. Because she took degree in anesthesia and operational technology. And I was a M.A.B.S student at that time. So she used to ask me doubts and I used to clarify her. And we used to study together. Moreover, even at that time when we were studying, we thought about working together in the future. Because she is now working as an anesthesiologist in medical college hospital in my city. And I am a doctor working in my city also. But I like to take PG in surgery, in gastroenterology. So we are planning to go outside. And I like to see her working with me in the same operation theatre when I am doing my surgery. She is assisting me and preparing the patient for the surgery.

    I would like to talk about my father who is doing a business in management. I would like to work with him in future and support his business. At home also I do some of his account work and some operations which become quite meaningful. Furthermore, I would like to support him in some marketing material as well. I would like to make some collaterals for his business. Additionally, I would feel very lucky to work with him altogether and really solve the loopholes in the business. It would definitely help me to enhance my skill and streamline the business which is much needed in today's time. It will be a blessing for me as I will be able to enhance the business and make it more wide for everybody to access it in a helpful manner.     So the family member that I would like to work with in the future is my mother-in-law. She owns a boutique near a very expensive neighborhood. And I think it will be a really good experience to work with her. She also has various tailors and various designs she uses and a lot of customers. I'd be able to help her with my expertise in the field of fashion designing. And I think we'd be a great team. And I also really respect her a lot. There's a very big admiration which goes into play here. And I think we'd be a success if we work as a team.

    So the person I would want to work in the future with is my father. He has established a civil engineering consultancy company in 2016. He is a civil engineer by profession. Since childhood I have grown up watching him manage both his personal and professional life with amazing dexterity. I am not a civil engineer right now but in the future I would like to get an MBA degree and be of significant help to him in running the company. His company has grown and amassed a lot of wealth and popularity, rising up to among the top 5 building consultancy companies in our city. If he had not taken that leap of faith and courage and ventured into uncertainty, he would not have reached this far. I really admire his work ethics and leadership qualities. How calm he is under pressure. Not to mention the amazing interpersonal relationships he has with his colleagues, subordinates. He is currently the chief executive officer and obviously the owner and director of his company. But recently he has also partnered in with his close friend who is also a civil engineer by profession. My younger brother, he is actually studying his B.Tech degree in civil engineering so he would also be of good help to him once he passes out, once he graduates.
