Cincinnati - USA

Established in 1915, the Xavier University of Louisiana is the only historically black Catholic University in the USA known for providing education to black students. It is a small university located in New Orleans, Louisiana and enrols more than 3300 students.
Among these students, around 2,512 are undergraduates pursuing arts and science, 187 graduate students, and 608 pursue medicinal courses. This university has provided African American students with immense knowledge and is known for being the top producer of African American pharmacists.
In addition, international students from around 16 countries are accepted into this university. However, it is a private university that offers full-time and part-time courses and online courses. The university offers more than 50 programs for students in public health, pharmacy, counselling, educational leadership, health communications, theology, arts, and science.
The tuition fees depend on the course a student chooses. However, the average tuition fee for an undergraduate student is USD 15,751, and for graduates, it is USD 8,250.
The students of the university are offered scholarships and financial aid. ICSP Scholarship, Indian Trust Fellowship, Clark Global Scholarship Program, Civil Society Leadership Award, and Stanford Reliance Dhiru Bhai Fellowship for Indian Students are some scholarship opportunities provided by private organizations.
The university is also known for offering excellent placement opportunities to its students. Within two years of university graduation, around 94% of students get employed with an average salary package of USD 49,800.
