CU Denver has continuously operated with the requirements of college students in mind, despite its location in the middle of the city. CU Denver makes it compulsory for students under the age of 21 to avail the on-campus accommodation provided in the Campus Village. Studios with double and triple occupancy fully-furnished rooms are available with facilities like television, laundry, Wi-fi, etc. The campus also has around 100 student organisations, recreational centres, sports like volleyball, tennis, and basketball, a well-equipped Auraria library, classrooms, wellness centres, and an Arts and Science building.
