Established in 1863, Kansas State University is a public research university for higher learning in Kansas, Manhattan. It was the first public college in the province of Kansas.
The university offers bachelors in 100 fields, masters in 75 and 45 doctoral degree courses with various other graduate & undergraduate certificates in their Nine colleges and a Graduate school. Some of the top programs at KSU are Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, Education, Marketing, Biological & Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Human Ecology and Technology & Aviation.
KSU is the first university in Kansas State to have an exclusive collection of indigenous knowledge, top-notch infrastructure, and a bilateral learning atmosphere. The Main Campus of KSU is located in Manhattan, spread across 2,320 acres and a Branch campus in Salina and Olathe.
KSU Polytechnic Campus in Salina is well known for Aviation and Technology. The Olathe Innovation Campus aims to graduate research in plant science, bioenergy, food safety & security and animal health. In addition, it has an on-campus horticulture display garden, a vast education hub and a learning research center.
