Teesside University

Teesside University (Constantine Technical University, previously) was established in 1930 and received full university status in 1992. Located in Middlesbrough in the northeast of England, the university has been awarded nine National Teaching Fellowships for excellence in teaching since its inception. 

The university is one of the best in the UK and specializes in engineering, metallurgy, and chemistry. It is also one of the first in the country to follow the Further and Higher Education Act. It houses two campuses; the main and the newer one is the Darlington campus, spread across 15,890 sqft.

 Teesside is known as a global center of knowledge, famous for deploying new-age solutions to enable its students to embark on effective learning. It offers a plethora of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to domestic and international students and has a rich history of distinguished alumni.  

One can choose from more than 300 undergraduate, 250+ postgraduate and certificate programs, and more than 170  postgraduate programs. Teesside University is noted for its Business Administration, Civil Engineering, and International Management programs, which are among the 28 academic areas available to postgraduate students.

The institution has spent about 275 million GBP on the campus's makeover. The university library has 40,000 volumes and 79,500 articles available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Tuition expenses for UG and PG courses range between INR 10 and 15 lakh. International students can apply for a variety of scholarships ranging from 5000 GBP to 6000 GBP.

Teesside University offers a number of programs that include a year of practical work experience. An MS, with an average income of 45,000 GBP, is the best-paying degree at the university.
