Founded in 1841 by the royal charter of Queen Victoria, this university located in eastern Ontario is ranked amongst the top 10 universities in the country. The first class on its premises was held on 7th March 1842 with thirteen students and two professors. Spread across 3500 acres, Queen’s University houses a plethora of buildings belonging to different age brackets. The oldest is the Summer Hill, built around 1839, and the latest is the Queen’s School of Medicine, founded in 2011.

Location, Rental Costs, and Transport
