Two months ago I read an article about hydration in a health and beauty magazine. It told me how water plays an important role in skin care as well as your physical health. One must drink 8 glasses of water, is the heckner et al saying, however, it is insufficient to hydrate your skin. One must consume more water so that the skin remains glowing and is hydrated at all times. Skin care is equally important and one must keep in mind that it is essential to have a healthy skin, since it is the protective layer of your body. While reading the article I got to know a number of fun facts and started drinking water, a habit which I inculcated very recently but has helped me overall.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I recently read an article on the increasing prevalence of heart diseases in India. I read it in a journal which comes to me every month. According to it, the rate of heart diseases, strokes or heart aneurysms have increased in the past decade due to the sedentary lives of people, the diet which India now follows, and all the unhealthy low in nourishment and minerals food that a people has. Sedentary lifestyle, desk jobs or just straight up procrastination, they are the main killer of the society due to which people are facing heart diseases now more than ever. It was an eye opener for me since I too lead a sedentary lifestyle. Since I am pretty much at my clinic and I just eat and I just go to my clinic, other than that I have no other physical activity which I am engrossed in. It was really helpful as it made me think about my life. It made me think about the way I want to lead my life which is a happy and prosperous life which is disease free as well.

So, the article that I have recently read about is called, headlined, The Brain Rot. It was more about our mental health and it was about people, moreover it was about people spending more time on their digital phones, in their social media platforms or else in any other shopping platforms, the attention span of people have reduced so much because of the content they have been watching, the short reels for example, the YouTube shorts that has been created, these are all prepared and curated by engineers who have completed their IIMs, IITs and IIMs, which has been causing, their main purpose is to drive people to use more of these platforms. So I believe that the number of people who have been watching content and spending so much time on their phones has increased and definitely caused issues with this, that's why it's called Brain Rot, which was recently termed in the Oxford Dictionary as well.

I recently read an article about health in the newspaper only. It's about cancer and awareness. Recently, nowadays, many people are suffering from cancer, comparing to the olden days, because of the changing of the lifestyle, the environment and the pollution. It's all the main causes of the cancer. So, it's very important to spread awareness about the cancer and what are the main reasons for the causes. Nowadays, most youngsters are addicted to the drugs, tobacco and many other stuff like that. So, these things cause the cancer from a small age itself or it may affect the body after 20 years or 30 years. So, the tobacco has a capacity to develop the cancer even after 10 years. So, these are the things that I read in the article. So, after I read this, I get more awareness about this. And after reading about this, I maintain my health, I exercise regularly, I make an eye on my diet every day. So, these are the things. And I read in the article interestingly about a Nobel Prize winner from Japan told that a normal human being needs to be on a diet for one day per month so that the body can heal itself, the cell can repair itself, so that no other additional cells or no other repairing cells can form, which will be causes for the cancer. So, a human needs to be on a diet for one day per month to prevent the cancer and to maintain a healthy diet and to get exercise regularly, moving regularly.

I recently went to the hospital for my eye checkup and when I was sitting idle, I got to see that there was a magazine there from India's Times Today. There was a subtopic in it regarding mental health declination. It was about how these days mental health is also considered as that much important as well as physical health. It showed the points that how mental health impacted physical health as well. It covered points such as what is anxiety, what is panic attacks and many more mental disorders such as ADHD or OCD etc. It also showed solutions such as how you can try to change some things in our daily life that impacts change in mental health like waking up early or maybe doing meditation. Also it prioritized how exercises changes our mood and sets a rhythm for the day. It also included getting enough water for movement to get things done.

There are a lot of articles that I have stumbled upon in my education career, well I have graduated from Bachelors of Pharmacy, so there are a lot of articles that I have read about these health and management skills, but one of the most critical articles that comes to my mind when I think about progressing or endangering other species is having a reduction in the heartburns and heartbreaks, which is a similar topic to that of any other heart related problems. It was written by Dr. Robert Hartsmith, he was a great physician, nonetheless he wrote a ton of articles which helped a lot of people in achieving their health goals and managing their overall health requirements. In that specific article about heartburns, there are a lot of things that one have to do to mitigate or reduce the frequency of heartburns. In the present day, there are a lot of things that people are doing to get irritations and bowel syndromes. The food that they consume have a lot of spices, even though they are flavorful, they provide a specific targeted response to one inside our body. To evade these responses, Dr. Hook has suggested people to do more exercises, physical activities such as running, skipping and cardio workout will be included in exercises so that an individual is able to mitigate or propagate these problems towards another incline decline situation. These heartburns are generally produced due to lack of timetabled meal intake, drinking more alcohol.

So, I recently read an article about what you eat is who you are, which was based on a Netflix show. So, the article meant about various things which we eat on a daily basis during the morning breakfast time or during the lunch time or during the dinner time. So, usually the unhealthy food which we consume makes us become lethargic and also eventually makes us more relaxed and lazy towards work. Whereas, the eating healthy options would help us to be more active and help us to undergo various other kinds of tasks along with ours and not feel the fatigue what we usually and generally feel. Because, recently it's been observed from a lot of people that when you are working in the IT field that during the afternoon period is when a lot of people start feeling sleepy after lunch, where their minds go into relaxed state due to having heavy lunch or just not being able to pay attention to details. So, in such cases what happens is it's recommended to go on walks or eating light or eating healthy would in fact help you to be more active and then do your works more in a much better way and an efficient way compared to what it would be having a heavier lunch. So, it is very important on what we eat and how important it becomes eating on a general basis is. Because, it's also important to understand and address that there are various health issues which can be considered and which also come along with the fact about what you eat and how balanced food you eat. So, having a balanced food including diet such as anything.
