The place I like to visit is a quiet place that is Iskcon temple. I have often visited the place whenever I feel stressed or I am not in a good mood. It is a temple of Lord Krishna where one can find soothing music always playing at the background which relaxes mind so whenever I have been to there I find it very relaxing and I used to spend hours over there to keep my mind relaxed. However, I prefer going there with my friends but it is very less time that I get to go with there with my friends. The temple is located in Delhi and it has sitting place available and one can easily commute via metro. This place is highly recommended for all those who seek calmness in their life. I think one can go anytime, there is no charge, nothing. One can just go and sit over there and do meditation or listen to the sound which is playing at the background. The temple was built long back. It has many branches. I think one should never miss a chance to visit it once in their lifetime.

The beautiful place in my world is located in Hyderabad, a name called The Capel. It is totally an environmental place where you can find more than thousands of trees. And it's really a very peace and pleasant place. So whenever I feel under the work stress, I used to go there to get a peace of mind. So there we are having a lot of pets, where the pets wanted to play with every person in that place. So it's a type of resort where we are having multiple games like swimming pool and spa. And we are having the rooms also to stay over the night, which are priced. And there will be so many people who wanted to have a relaxed life over there. So many people will come under too much of stress, will go over there and will have a peace of mind. And the food will be amazing, the food is pleasant, it's like heaven. To be precise, every item in the vegetarian is like heaven. So later on when we talk about the area, so it's covered under two acres of land. And it is having around five to six thousand of trees. And they are also having around twenty to thirty dogs and three to five friendly pets. Like cat and dogs, around forty cat and dogs. And I would like to go whenever I am really under pressure. And whenever I want to be alone in the nature, it feels like a forest to me. Like everything where you see will be totally green and cool air, fresh oxygen.

For me, a quiet place can also be something like a place which is my garden where I sit with my plants and you know I can actually exchange memories, stuff, talk to them, exchange feelings particularly and have a lot of fun because I'm an introvert and I love spending time with someone who doesn't have a high level of energy there. So with plants, I like sitting there, enjoying my time, talking to them, watering them, spending all my time over there. So I feel a quiet place is really necessary for someone with a lot of cures in their life. Cures can be anything like the traffic I go through in Bengaluru and everything. For that, the best thing is just sit in a quiet place, meditate, analyze your stuff, put everything into a proper category so that you can work on it later and for introverts like me, I feel plants are really very good companions because when you have a lot to share and do not know with whom, then you can do it with your plants and it gives me a beautiful experience or a vibe there and looking at them, spending time with my plants gives me a lot more happiness. What I feel is everyone requires a quiet place. If it's a chaotic person also, they require a quiet place such that they get an understanding of themselves which is really necessary.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.
