Training Feedback To Trainer

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the mandatory training which was part of my new role and I want to highlight and bring it to your notice that I enjoyed the training throughly. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing the knowledge. I have learned lot of new concepts which can be seamlessly used in my new position which I will be starting in a couple of days. Firstly, I really loved the interactive learning sessions where I was able to clarify my queries and understand the concepts using real-time examples. Secondly, the links that are shared for the mock tests is the real deal, as it would be very helpful to do some practice. And finally, the group work, which not only helped in fostering team work but also helped me to develop professional relationships with the cross functional teams. Additionlly, I would be able to incorporate the lessons learnt during the session on the real-time in my job role. Particularly, the presentation pointers and requirement gathering were precise and it comes real handy when I engage with my clients. Looking forward to participate in the upcoming training. Dear Madam, I am writing to thank you for the training on Consultative Selling given by Barbara Bruno. I really appreciate the new concepts I have learned during this training and enjoyed the training thoroughly. I enjoyed the role-play session during this training. It has boosted my confidence, and now I am able to hold a conversation for a longer duration. Additionally, I have learned that sales is not about asking for business; instead, it is about building long-lasting relationships with the client. One should be a problem solver rather than only a salesperson. Since this training module is available on the LMS(Learning Management System) portal, therefore, it is easier to go through the scripts shared by you to incorporate in my calls. I will jot down the points in my sticky notes, and during every call, I will incorporate the training notes. I will focus more on the open-ended questions as they will help me bring more business to the company. Having said that, now I will focus more on the problem-solving approach rather than asking about the hiring needs. Due to this approach, the client will be able to relate more, and I will be able to build a long-lasting relationship. Dear Mrs. Smith, I was a paritcipant from your recent train the trainers programme that you conducted at ABC academy last week. I am writing to thank you for all the insights you gave us. In the past I have attended many programmes like this but none provided realistic insights as you did. I am sure this knowledge comes from the years of experience that you have gained. We were grateful to have you as our trainer. Out of all the activities that we did during the session, the best one was when you asked each candidate to present a lesson plan. I feel that we trainers would do much better in class if we pre-plan our lessons. It helps to articulate our thoughts and plan the lesson accordingly. I would surely take time before starting my day to plan the lessons well. You have given great tips about how to tackle difficult students and give them extra tasks.
