Today, I would like to talk about my mother, who is a very successful business woman. She started her business, a dairy farm business in her mid-thirties, where our family just migrated from a village to a small town, and she chose to be independent and start her own business. She played a vital role in our financial benefits and management, moreover, she is one of the person I look up to, because even at the mid-thirties, when she didn't know the place we migrated to, she stood upon her own and took responsibility of our whole family, and she just managed everything on her own. She is one of the most successful women that our town talks about, because many people will show her as an example about how she grew up, she went through a lot of struggles, she still does, and she, in spite of all the struggles, she chose to stand up and take care of the family. She is the one who paid for our education, for our food, for our home, our father's farming, helped our farmer through farming, and everything. Her story is inspiring and all. She is the first woman in our family to start a business and become successful. She is successful.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A successful business person I know is Dhirubhai Ambani. There is even a movie named on him called Guru, so you get to know the person more. Firstly, he was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He was born to a poor family, then he went to the GCC country, worked hard and he was living a stable life there, but after a certain point of time, he understood why he should work for the foreigners and make money for them. He wanted to start something of his own in his own country. So he returned back to his country. However, starting something from scratch in his own country was not an easy job for him. But he built his confidence, he thought he could make out an empire out here. So he started slowly, but with good determination and motivation, even though there were obstacles in his pathways, he never gave up. So that is one quality which made him successful throughout. You need to be focused completely and it's not an easy step to build and run a business. So there will be obviously a lot of obstacles and hurdles, you should know to overcome them. So that was the prime quality like not giving up and like stay focused, which made Dhirubhai Ambani successful. Also living in a circle where he was surrounded by good people such as his wife, his brother, which motivated him to like go on and like some persons to fall back whenever he was in trouble he had. So these all qualities make him a good businessman.

A very successful business person I know is Parul Gulati. She is the owner of the brand named Nish Hair. Also she has pitched her business into the equity by coming to the Shark Tank India. So she came in the Shark Tank India last year and after her coming into the program her business took a great success by raising equity to 100 crores. So in that sense she is very influential. Apart from that I like that she is very confident. Her business reaches to diverse customers from a young aged girl to a middle class woman to an old woman. So her product is very customer friendly. Also very pricely. It's not that costly. It is into the budget. So one bun can cost for a person up to 100 to 1000 rupees depending upon the quality of hair that one gets. She basically deals with the wig that women use into the functions or anything else. And I also think she is very influential in that manner. She is very confident.
