The one place I would definitely like to visit has to be London. I'm a big Harry Potter fan and I was introduced to London through the movies and the books itself. As a child, I was very fascinated with the King's Cross station, but as I grew up, I realized that the city has so much more to offer. I would definitely like to have my picture clicked in front of the Big Ben, as well as the Ferris wheel and the famous bridge, the London Bridge. I think it is one of the top places to visit in my bucket list. Moreover, I'm also planning for my Masters and I'm hoping to visit London for the same reason very soon. I think the biggest reason that I want to go to London has to be the Harry Potter world. As I said, I'm a big Harry Potter fan and I know a lot of people who have been to that place and they have told me amazing stories about it. I would definitely like to visit it one day. My first priority would be to try Butterbeer, the place offers, and just do a lot of shopping. Another reason has to be the fact that I want to see Kohinoor from my own eyes. I've heard great things about it, but I've never really seen it. Moreover, one reason has to be the Indian community that the place has. I know that London and Britain in general has a big Indian community living there, so I think it will be easier for me. I'm sure that the food will also suit to my taste buds because of the big Indian community that the place has. So, it wouldn't be much of a problem for me because I'd be able to balance both the local food as well.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I'd like to begin by saying that there are many places that I want to visit across the world, whether it be in Europe, in Asia, in Africa, everywhere from Germany to Egypt to Vietnam. But one of my childhood dreams is to visit and stay in the UK. Now UK for me is quite a special place. It was the place where my father worked for quite a long time before I was born. He used to tell me stories of the brilliant architecture, of the culture, of the people and of the very vibrant and colourful history of the United Kingdom. So I decided I want to go study there. That is perhaps the reason I have always looked up to the UK for its brilliance, its innovation. Apart from that, I like the touristy places too, you might ask. Is that not a bit cliche? But I think sites like the Big Ben and the Cathedral are some of the most beautiful places in the world to visit. The ancient architecture and the stories of the people that maintain them truly intrigue me. Other than London, which is the cultural centre for the UK, I would also like to visit the Old World in the Cotswolds. The city of Bath also comes to mind when thinking of old and more Roman architecture that is present in the UK. I would also like to go to the city of Edinburgh, the city known for its gothic and ancient castles.

Today I would like to describe a place that I would like to visit. I would say Maldives is one of the top priorities in my to-go-to-countries list. It's a country which is the most beautiful and with the most exhilarating viewpoints. Maldives as a whole is built on water, as you can see, and I'm a water baby. I love water sports activities and just having a view of the sunrise sitting on a beach, drinking a glass of Pina Colada, it's just so soothing and exhilarating. Not just sunrises, but the sunsets are also the most beautiful view on a beach. And I can die on a beach, honestly. Maldives has a lot of things to offer, with beaches, to food, to snorkeling, to scuba diving, everything. And honestly, I think Maldives is my dream location because it is romantic, it is the most surreal and the most calm place to be in. The only drawback to visiting Maldives is the fact that there's a lot of restrained food options because of the fact that the country has a lot of seafood and non-veg items to offer. I honestly do not eat non-veg, I do not enjoy non-veg food. I'm a pure vegetarian and that's the only drawback that I feel like Maldives could offer me. But apart from that, Maldives is the top priority list country that I would want to visit with my future partner.

I like to go to many places, different places depending on my mood. Today, however, I am going to tell you about a special place near to where I live. I will explain where it is and how I get there. I will try and describe what it looks like and explain why like the location so much. I am lucky, although I live in a city, from my house I can walk to the edges of the Peak District, which is a beautiful national park just a few miles from the city center. To get to the national park, I have to walk from my house down some local roads and up a steep hill past some allotments. After about a mile or so striding out away from the urban areas, I get to a lovely bit of woodland which has a public footpath you can follow onward and upward. It can be a bit of a scramble towards the end of the path as it is very steep indeed, but eventually you leave the woodland and are at the edges of open farmland. Another footpath crosses some sheep fields and finally I am on the moors of the Peak District. It is really spectacular. I love this place because if ever I am feeling down or a bit enclosed, in just an hour walk I can find myself in a desert.

A place I would love to visit is Kyoto, Japan. I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture and I think Kyoto seems like the perfect destination to experience it. Kyoto is known for its beautiful temples, traditional tea houses and the famous cherry blossoms that bloom in the spring. One of the main reasons I want to visit Kyoto is because of its rich history. The city was once the capital of Japan so it's filled with historical sites like Kinkaku-ji, the Golden Pavilion and Tsushima Inari Shrine with its iconic red torii gates. I have seen many photos of this place and the peaceful atmosphere and stunning architecture really appeal to me. Another reason I would love to go there is to experience the local culture. Kyoto is known for preserving traditional Japanese arts such as tea ceremonies, calligraphy, kimono wearing. I would love to try a traditional tea ceremony and perhaps even dress in a kimono which I think would be a unique experience. Moreover, the natural beauty in Kyoto is also something I am looking forward to. The city is surrounded by mountains and I have heard that hiking there is an amazing experience. I imagine walking through scenic forests especially in autumn when the leaves turn vibrant shades of red and gold. In conclusion, Kyoto is a place that combines history, culture and nature in a way that I find incredibly appealing. I would love to visit and immerse myself in everything the city has to offer.
