FH Dortmund runs a free pre-check service from April, where you submit your degree certificate, transcript, CV and language certificate and get an eligibility verdict in a few weeks before you file a full application. Use it. It is the closest thing to a guaranteed answer on eligibility that any German university offers, and almost no Indian applicant knows it exists.
