Academic Programs offered at VinUniversity
VinUniversity has three Colleges and will offer degree programs as follows –
College of Business & Management:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (4 years)
- Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (4 years)
College of Health Sciences:
- Medical Doctor (6 years)
- Bachelor of Nursing (4 years)
College of Engineering and Computer Science:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (4 years)
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (4 years)
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (4 years)
Eligibility Criteria
- Students from all over the world are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have excellent academic records to achieve these scholarships.
- Applicants must meet the academic requirements of each degree program to renew the scholarship.
- Applicants must meet the requirements for the program they are applying for.
VinUniversity Merit-based Scholarships
- Students who possess outstanding academic capabilities, creativity, aspiration, and commitment, will be granted scholarships that cover 50% –100% (up to USD 141,500 or INR 1 Crore) of tuition fees for the entire period of study at VinUniversity.
- Students with exceptional talent will be granted full scholarships covering 100% of tuition fee plus USD 1,500 or INR 1 Lakhs for living expenses.
- Merit-based Scholarships are applied for the entire duration of the students’ studies at VinUni.
- The Scholarship level is automatically renewed each academic year if the student meets the minimum renewal criteria.
VinUniversity Need-sensitive International Fellowship
- Cover 50% – 80% tuition fee for the entire period of study at VinUniversity, equivalent to USD 70,000 – USD 112,000 (INR 58-90 Lakhs).
Financial Aids and Additional Scholarships
- Students who meet the admission criteria of the VinUniversity, including international and Vietnamese students, face financial difficulties and need financial support.
- The level of financial aid of the VinUniversity depends on the family circumstances of the students, from 50% to more. The Admission Council will decide the amount.
- In addition to the merit-based scholarship, students can also get other scholarships. These additional scholarships include the Vinschool-Vinuni Scholarship, Vin Group Family Scholarship, Women in Tech (WIT) Scholarship, Specialized Academic Scholarship, and Special Gifted and Talented Scholarship. The additional scholarships range from 5% to 25%.

- Rolling Round: from June 15 to August 15, 2024
How to apply?
- To receive the International Fellowship, a recipient must be an international student and is offered admission to VinUniversity as an undergraduate student.
- Applicants do not need to apply for merit-based scholarships. All admitted applicants will automatically be considered for merit-based scholarships if eligible.

A. The medium of instruction at VinUniversity is English. If you receive an offer from VinUni, they will work with you to help improve your English proficiency through English language programs before you start and as needed throughout your program.

A. No, if your transcripts are written in Vietnamese or English, please submit them as is. If your transcripts are written in any language other than Vietnamese or English, please translate it into either language. You do not need to notarize them.
