UNIL Master’s Grants for International Students in Switzerland

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must obtain a foreign university degree equivalent to a Swiss university bachelor before beginning the master’s programme at UNIL.
  • You must distinguish yourself during your studies, especially through brilliant academic results.
  • It would help if you had a language level of at least C1 (according to the European Language Portfolio global scale) in French or C1 in English according to the language your chosen master is taught.
  • You must not be registered at UNIL.
  • You must pay the CHF 200.00 Administrative fees

    • CV or Resume
    • Certified copy of High School Diploma 
    • Certified copy of all examinations taken in university
    • If a Bachelor’s degree has not yet been earned, a copy of the programme description for the final semester or final year is required
    • Copy of Passport or Identity proof
    • Proof of Administrative Fees of 200 CHF
    • In addition to the copies in the original language, an authenticated translation of documents not issued in French, German, English or Italian
