BME also noted that not every degree program was offered in its 2026 spring intake. A spring 2027 intake for fee-paying degree students has not been confirmed, so plan for September 2027. For India, the UGC public notice for 2026-27 listed 200 seats: 50 for undergraduate study, 75 for postgraduate, 30 for PhD, 40 for part-time postgraduate courses and research, and 5 for translator studies. Applicants needed at least 60% in their last qualifying exam, and the online Tempus deadline was 15 January 2026. The 2027-28 call has not been published yet.
