The University of East London grants this scholarship to students who shows excellent academic and leadership skills. International Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the University and are exclusively offered to fee-paying international students enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme.

If you are offered a spot and are determined to be eligible for an international scholarship, the amount of the award will be specified in your offer letter.

• A minimum GPA of 2.2 in an area of study that includes major coursework in biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, or a closely related biological science is required for admission to the MSc Biomedical Science programme.
• A minimum of 2.2 Honors in Physiology, Pharmacology, Sports Science, Applied Biology, or Toxicology is required for the MSc Pharmaceutical Science degree.
• Typically require a bachelor's degree with honours in the second division and an average of:
  • 55% or more from other reputable universities; 50% or more from Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Anna, Bharatiya, MSU Baroda, or Bangalore universities.
  • 5.8 CGPA overall (Gujarat Technological University)
  • A CGPA of 5.5 overall (Amity University)
  • B or higher (Kannur University)
  • From a UK university with a Second Class (2:2)
• You must take English and Math
• Must meet the criteria for English language competence with
  • IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with minimum scores of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking and 6.0 in Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent)
  • 56 in Speaking and Writing, 56 in Reading, and 62 or above on the PTE Overall scale

• When students enrol in the courses eligible for the award is appropriate, they will automatically be considered for it
