• Either be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited university or college, or be able to present a legitimate letter of acceptance from an accredited university or college. 
• Have either an identity card, identification number or any other type of legal document that is provided by an institution.

To complete the application procedure, there will be two steps:

• Step 1: Essay specifications
  Follow the directions to write an essay that is between 2000 and 2600 words long. Please double-check that you've included all necessary documents before submitting your application. Any essay that is judged to be incomplete or contains grammatical, punctuation, or format issues may be disqualified. Individual students can only apply once a year; if a single student/applicant is found to have applied more than once, all of that student's applications may be invalidated.
• Step 2: Complete the application form and submit it.
