• The scholarship covers Master's and Undergraduate level initiatives at Leiden University, Utrecht University, University of Groningen, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Maastricht University, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Radboud University Nijmegen, Tilburg University, Delft University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology, University of Twente, Wageningen University and Research Centre in the field of All Subjects.

• You are not a member of the European Economic Area (EEA).
  You are applying to one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions for a full-time bachelor's or master's degree.
• You meet the prerequisites of the institution you want to attend. These can be found on the institution's website.
  You do not hold a diploma from a Dutch educational institution

• The universities listed below competed in the Holland Scholarship last year.
• The participating universities for the academic year 2022-2023 will be announced on this page in October 2021.
