• The U Calgary Schulich Leader Scholarship offered annually to undergraduate students whose permanent home address and high school from which they will graduate must be at least 100 kilometers outside the Calgary city center. 
• International students are also eligible.

• Offered annually to undergraduate international students entering the first year in the Schulich School of Engineering.
• Renewable in the second and third years at the University of Calgary for $19,650 providing the recipient maintains enrolment in the Schulich School of Engineering and achieves a minimum GPA of 3.50 on a minimum of 30.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms. 
• Applicants must have passed high school with prerequisites required in each degree

Even though Seymour Schulich Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship is an internal award, applicants are required to submit a separate application form. The deadline for the scholarship application is December 1.

The application for this award is similar to other Ucalgary scholarships:

1. Access My UCalgary
2. On My UCalgary page, click on the “My Financials” option
3. Scroll on the page and select “Apply for Undergraduate Awards”
   • Ensure popups are enabled from your end.
4. On the popup window select the “Seymour Schulich Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship” and apply for the scholarship.

Note 1: The popup window only lists the available UCalgary scholarships. In case your chosen scholarship program is not listed, it means that the deadline has already passed.
