- Students keep the fellowship by maintaining an 80% average and by fulfilling volunteer, teaching, peer leading, or research assistant commitments over the four years.

- Personal interview, great academic performance, shown leadership characteristics, and continuous interest in extracurricular activities are the four criteria used to determine the winners.
- The School of Accounting and Finance considers a student's academic performance as well as their performance on the Accounting and Financial Management Admissions Assessment when evaluating these qualities.
