- Rick McCreary, MBA 1997, founded the fund in 2015 to support outstanding candidates who have finished an undergraduate degree in engineering and are enrolling in the Desautels Faculty of Management's MBA programme.

Scholarship amount details
- An amount of $10,000 will be awarded
Eligibility
- Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in Engineering and any further academic qualifications
- Must show leadership skills
- Work Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time work experience after completion of an undergraduate degree is required
- GMAT/ GRE: Required but cut-off not mentioned
- English Language Proficiency:
- IELTS: Score of 7.0 is required with a minimum of 7.0 in each category
- TOEFL: Score of 100 is required with a minimum of 20 in each category
- After a preliminary review of their file, strong candidates will be invited for an interview. This interview is primarily conducted by Skype for international and non-Montreal students, and in-person for local students

- When students enrol for the courses for which this scholarship is available, they will be automatically considered for it. There is no need for a separate application.
