Richard and Elizabeth Madter, both University of Waterloo alumni, have funded two research scholarships for graduate students in the University of Waterloo's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The students will be recipients of either an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) or a Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology (QEII-GSST).
The Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, in consultation with the Department Associate Chair for Graduate Studies, will make the decision.
