- Applicants must be citizens of countries that receive official development assistance from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECDDevelopment )'s Assistance Committee (DAC):

Application Process
- Students must apply for undergraduate study at the University of Oxford through UCAS
- If the student has been offered a place on an undergraduate course at the University of Oxford for the ongoing academic year, they must read the Guidance notes (see 'Related documents' on this page) and submit the Undergraduate scholarships application form online
- The selection procedure for entrance students who submit by the scholarship deadline
- Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application.
