Eligibility

  • Be a full-time student at one of the sponsoring UMass campuses: Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, or Lowell are all good options.
  • To be a matriculated undergraduate student, you must meet the following requirements: Whether you're a first-year student, a sophomore, or a;
  • Have at least a 3.0 GPA overall

Application Process

Your online application should include the following information:

  • Transcript of a Resume (unofficial is acceptable)
  • Your specified recommender must upload one letter of recommendation (optional)
  • One Paper: To introduce yourself to the scholarship committee, please write a personal statement. Include (1) your personal traits; leadership experience you have had in any area of your life, such as school, work, athletics, family, volunteering, community; difficulties you may have conquered; or other relevant facts; and (2) 
  • Your personal and career aspirations. A total of 500 words is allowed.
