"Students enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at the University of Iowa can apply for the Peace Charlie One World Scholarship by following the steps outlined below:

• You can apply for a scholarship here.
• Enter personal information and write a 300-500 word essay outlining their actual financial need and how it has impacted their life since starting at the University of Iowa.
• Personal and financial information must be submitted. Mention any available financial aid, as well as an estimate of their monthly income and expenses.
• Students who earn the scholarship are eligible to apply for renewal each year in April if funds are available and they continue to meet all of the qualifying requirements."
