About the Scholarship
- An prize of up to $500 may be given annually to a second-year or higher undergraduate student who has demonstrated involvement in extracurricular music activities on campus and has maintained a 75 percent average during the most recent term of studies.
- Friends of Paul Berg, Director of the University Centre of the Arts from 1960 to 1975 and leader of the Schneider Male Chorus from 1942 to 1975, have made this honour possible.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be enrolled in a Bachelor degree programme at the University of Waterloo in their second, third, or fourth year.
- They must participate in extracurricular music activities on campus.
- A minimum 75 percent average throughout the most recent term is required.

- At this time we are only accepting applications for awards with a Spring deadline (May - August).
- The application for awards with deadlines in a future term will be available by the start of that term – please check back later.
