• Full-time University of Waterloo graduate students registered in a degree-granting program in any Faculty will be awarded annual fellowships worth no more than $4,000 per student per term. 
• Graduate students will be awarded the fellowship based on their academic success and potential as graduate students, as evidenced by their current academic record and graduate application for admission. 
• Students must maintain a minimum grade point average in their coursework as specified by their program.

CAD 4000 per term

• Applicants must have a four-year bachelor's degree with honors or a three-year bachelor's degree plus a master's degree.
• Work Experience: 1 year, full-time, gained through co-op job terms as part of an undergraduate academic program or post-graduate work experience
• IELTS: 7 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking
• TOEFL: 90 25 points for writing and 25 points for speaking
• PTE: 63 65 with writing and 65 with speaking

• By qualifying for OSAP/UTAPS or completing the OSOFT Financial Necessity Assessment Form, you must demonstrate financial need. 
• Send a letter to the Departmental Graduate Office stating your reasons for applying, along with the OSOFT Financial Needs Assessment Form. It is necessary to submit an application.
