Marketa Spinkova, MBA 2011, founded this fellowship in 2015 to support exceptional students enrolling or participating in the MBA Program at the Desautels Faculty of Management.

• Applicants must have an undergraduate degree and any further academic qualifications
• Must show leadership skills
• Work Experience: A minimum of two years of full-time work experience after completion of an undergraduate degree is required
• GMAT/ GRE: Required but cut-off not mentioned
• English Language Proficiency:
  • IELTS: A score of 7.0 is required with a minimum of 7.0 in each category
  • TOEFL: A score of 100 is required with a minimum of 20 in each category
• After a preliminary review of their file, strong candidates will be invited for an interview. This interview is primarily conducted via Skype for international and non-Montreal students, and in-person for local students.

• LOR: Two letters of recommendation from individuals who have been directly responsible for evaluating work performance and potential of the applicant
• Essay: complete the following questions on separate pages and submit them as one PDF document. (500-word limit per question)
