• Scholarships are awarded by the International Students and Scholars Office to degree-seeking students who have demonstrated financial need. 
• International Student Tuition accounts for a substantial amount of the scholarship funding.

• Applicants must have completed one full academic year at ISU in the current degree-seeking programme and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Applicants must be F-1 or J-1 visa holders.
• Students who have proved financial need and/or academic excellence will be given priority.
• Undergraduate students from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe will be given priority.

• This scholarship needs a separate external application.

Documents:

• Applicants are required to submit a letter explaining their financial need and how they will use the scholarship funds (500-word maximum)

Application Process:

• ISSO will send an e-mail each semester to students when they are able to apply for the ISSO scholarships (Fall: mid-September and Spring: mid-February). During the application submission timeframe, students may submit their scholarship application in Cystart
