• The scholarship will be awarded to a graduate student on the basis of scholastic excellence who holds an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) or another major external scholarship that requires a matching or enhancement component. 
• If the match or enhancement becomes unavailable or a suitable recipient cannot be found, the funds will be paid out as a regular graduate scholarship.

• A student must be registered in full-time studies in any unit of Faculty of Mathematics
• A student must show excellent academic record
• A student must hold Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) or another major external scholarship that requires a matching or enhancement component

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
