Eligibility
- A limited number of merit scholarships will be awarded to international students commencing the fall (August) 2022 term.
- Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a thorough examination of all application materials, high school grades, and ACT or SAT scores.
Application Process
- Upon acceptance, qualifying students are immediately offered a scholarship.
- Available for up to eight semesters or until your bachelor's degree is completed (whichever comes first).
- For renewal, you must maintain full-time (12 semester hours) enrollment at the University of Iowa (fall and spring terms), a minimum 2.50 cumulative UI GPA, nonresident tuition, and international student status.
- At the end of each semester, renewal reviews are conducted.
