Eligibility

Be a permanent resident of Brazil, Mexico, or Peru with a valid passport.
Be ready to begin your academic studies in the UK by September/October 2022, the start of the UK academic year.
Before your scholarship application may be considered, you must have applied to Imperial College London and received an offer to study on one of the eligible programmes before the time selection takes place. Selection will most likely take place shortly following the scholarship deadline.
Obtained finished or have all components of an undergraduate degree that will allow you to get admission to a postgraduate programme at Imperial College London and meet the academic entry requirements for admissions before the start of the UK academic year in September/October 2022.
Have not previously studied or resided in the United Kingdom at a degree level or higher.
Fulfill the English language requirement for your Imperial College London programme.
By July 29, 2022, applicants awarded this scholarship must have completed College English entry requirements (pre-sessional English courses are not covered by this programme).
Show that you have a financial necessity.
After your course/scholarship is completed, you must return to your home country for a minimum of two years.
Demonstrate active participation in the field through job experience or a demonstrated interest in the programme area for which you are applying.
Demonstrate your willingness to contribute to capacity-building and socio-economic growth in the future by highlighting the benefits you received after graduating from Imperial College London and returning to your native country.
Demonstrate a plan and a desire to engage other women and girls in STEM in your own country in your application.
