Camras Scholars are expected to make significant contributions to the Illinois Tech community and school in three areas known as the Camras Pillars: leadership, research, and service.

Eligibility

Meet stringent selection criteria, including great academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and a commitment to leadership.
Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours every semester as a full-time student.
Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States (Dreamer friendly)

Application Process

Use the Early Decision I (binding) or Early Action I (non-binding) application deadlines to submit your application.
To be considered for this scholarship, Camras scholars must submit their completed application (including transcripts and official test scores) to Illinois Tech by November 15.
There is no need to submit a separate scholarship application. If an application is chosen as a Camras Scholarship finalist, they will be notified in late December.
Candidates who are chosen as finalists must attend Illinois Tech's Scholarship Symposium in February to participate in a round table discussion with a faculty member and other finalists.
