About the Scholarship
Google's education and scholarship programmes are designed to inspire and assist students in becoming future leaders in computing and technology by removing obstacles to entry.
We've joined with EmployAbility, a nonprofit organisation that supports students with disabilities as they pursue education and potential professions, as part of our mission to help university students with disabilities work toward their academic goals in the field of computer science.

Have they believe they have a visible or invisible handicap (see EmployAbility's disability strategy here)
For the academic year 2021-2022, be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a university.
For the academic year 2022-2023, intend to enrol in or be accepted as a student in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD programme at an authorised university in Europe or Israel.
Be Pursue a degree in computer science, computer engineering, informatics, or a comparable technological field.
Establish a solid academic record.
Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm for computer science and technology.

A letter of recommendation from a professor, instructor, adviser, or supervisor is required.
Three short essay questions and responses
Recipients will be chosen based on the overall quality of their essays and application materials in comparison to the total candidate pool or their peers (e.g. Bachelors students compared to other Bachelors students).
