- To be considered for the prize, you must first enroll in an undergraduate programme at the university.
- All secondary schools, colleges, or universities attended must be attached, and examination boards must give original or attested copies of all transcripts, diplomas, mark sheets, and certificates to the university immediately.
- Participants must submit an essay to the OISS Essay Contest as well as a proposal to the MSU Global Learning Conference.
