- Any full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate student of any age enrolled in a North American accredited college or university during the school year 2021-2022.
- This competition is not open to high school pupils. Architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, material science, and other related fields are all acceptable majors.
