• Students who do not reach the average renewal criterion for the Western Continuing Admission Scholarship will be able to reapply for the next academic year.
• Students with 95 percent or above entry averages will be eligible for an unlimited number of Continuing Admission Scholarships.

1. In undergraduate studies, students must stay registered as full-time students at the main campus.
2. Students must enrol full-time and take a full course load (minimum of 5.0 or more courses, depending on the programme).
3. The grant is only available to students in their first four years of undergraduate study.
4. The Western Continuing Admission Scholarship is the lone exception to this provision.

The following offer and adjudication process will apply to all students offered entrance scholarships:
1. Students must apply for full-time first-year study at Western's main campus directly from high school.
2. Eligibility will be determined by the student's final admission average, which includes required courses, calculated for the programme to which the student has confirmed acceptance.
