Eligibility
- Graduate students enrolled full-time in any master's or doctorate programme
- Academic quality will be the criterion for selection (minimum 80 percent cumulative average or equivalent)
- In the winter semester, Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs will discover candidates and select awards based on academic excellence (minimum 80 percent cumulative average in courses completed at the University of Waterloo).
- There is no need to submit a separate prize application.
- To achieve a balanced distribution, master's and doctorate applicants will be selected in alternate years and professors will rotate.
