    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    So, one activity I do to stay fit is dancing. I started dancing when I was fairly very young. My mother pushed me into going because I remember one day she told me to click on the beats of a song and I couldn't match it with the rhythm. So she was very disappointed and told me to go to a dance school. That's where I started my dancing journey. I went to a classical dance studio specializing in Kathak and I was five years old. Since then I started dancing and regularly when I was in school I did Kathak. So dancing is a really good exercise. It moves every part of your body and helps you feel good about yourself while doing it. Then I proceeded to go to college and I started giving auditions for the western dance team which is also called SALT. I did that for three years and we have a set routine where we exercise for 20 minutes straight and we start with our head rolls, then we go on to our shoulders, hips, legs and then a core workout. So that's how I kept myself fit for all these years.

    Band 6-7

    The activities which I do to keep myself fit are yoga, calisthenics and walking. So initially I have been walking for a really long period of time. My dad loves to walk and he inculcated this habit of walking in all of us. When I joined gym a few years back my motive was just to lose weight. Over the period of time I realized that losing weight should not be the main goal rather it should be staying fit. Furthermore along with exercising diet is also necessary. Since the past few months I have switched up from gym to yoga and calisthenics. That is because gymming was becoming a little monotonous for my liking and I love trying new things. Doing yoga and calisthenics for one hour every day helps me develop muscle strength along with burning fat. It also helps me become more flexible. By doing so to add up to that point yoga also helps in cardiovascular development.

    The activity which I do to keep fit is go to gym. In my society itself there is a gym area which I prefer to go usually in the morning only because when we start our day we should start our day with a healthy attitude, with a healthy atmosphere. So I usually start my day by going to gym in the morning. In the gym area there is a trainer which has been allotted to our society members who teaches us how to use the equipment and also he guides us towards what should be our diet preferences as well as how should be our gym training time because it depends on our own body how our body is reacting to each and every equipment. Sometimes for some people it takes time to build up their immune system so the trainer guides us that it's okay not to be very fast, it's okay to go slow.

    The activity that I do to keep fit is walking. I go for a walk everyday and I target to finish at least 10,000 steps a day. I have started this habit since the last one year and I have been living with my family and we live in a colony where the roads are very private and very accessible and it is a very good experience walking there at night. Generally, I take my dog for a walk at night and I also do other activities whenever I am walking which would include either putting on my headphones, listening to music or listening to podcasts or listening to some study materials. So I can also learn a few things while I walk. It keeps me engaged and it also keeps me very active. I generally go for long walks. I walk for around 60 to 90 minutes and it is a very pleasant experience because I get to go outdoors. Generally I have a very sedentary lifestyle as I tend to sit and study all the time but this helps in me going outdoors and in connecting with nature and also keeping myself active. It does keep me mentally happy, physically. It keeps me, after dinners whenever I go for a walk, it does keep me pretty light and I feel good.

    Activity I usually do to stay fit is that I regularly go to my field in the morning and evening. While going to my field first I interact with nature a lot as field is a large area to cover. I usually walk in my field in the morning checking that all the plants are okay, what is to be done. Also I have pets whom I take them for grazing so this keeps me moving a lot. This leads to my physical fitness as I am walking a lot, I am lifting things, I am roaming on tough terrains. Also this helps me ease up my mind, I stay mentally fit because greenery is the best therapy. Also I do other activities at home such as yoga and meditation. I do pranayama, it is a kind of yoga, it is a breathing exercise to be precise. Also I prefer sound mind over sound body. So these are the things I usually do for staying fit and I think that staying fit is very crucial because body is the only asset that is really of our own. So everyone should take efforts for staying fit. Moreover, as I told that whenever it is required I do freestyle exercises like I will help my workers lift things up in weeding in fields. I concentrate more over stamina and core strength than rather going to gym and just lifting weights to pump up our body. So in addition to this, my interaction with nature and my walking is the best exercise that I do and which leads to my fit body, fit metabolism and sound mind.

    There are many activities which one can do to enhance his or her fitness level, but for me the best activity which I do usually is dancing. I love dancing, I have learned it from my college. When I was in college, I was in the society, dance society, which was named as Electro Western Dance Society. I learned a lot of dancing there, many forms. I have learned hip-hop, I have learned Bhangra, and many others. I usually now do dancing in the evening at my home, we have a huge hall, and it benefits me in many ways, like dancing makes me more peaceful and make my mind more thoughtful, and it enhances my strength, it enhances my stamina, which makes me a good person, better person. I have learned it from my college only, and after that I also go to some studios for dancing I met a lot of big dancers who are very reputed, and overall, dancing makes me a better person. It makes me calm, and it makes me a composed person.

    Well, today I would like to talk about an exercise which helped me to stay fit. As I am an early riser, my morning starts with a typical yoga session. And also I am actively engaged in meditation to keep my mental and physical health strong. As I believe that while doing meditation, it helped me to regain my focus on my studies and work and stay me fresh throughout the day. Likewise, I also do cardio in gym throughout my workout session. The most favorite exercise which I do is running on treadmill. As I believe that running on treadmill helped me to burn out my calories and which will beneficial for me to burn out my fat. Moreover, I think that whenever I eat more junk food, it can be good for me to do running on treadmill and doing cycling. And as it have more benefits while we do it for long time. And also if we have any problems such related to knees, running on treadmill can also solve it.

    An activity that I do to keep myself active and feed is badminton. I love badminton. I love playing badminton because it makes me feel refreshed and it makes my body light after playing. I play it during the evening with my brother and my sister. I am not really good at playing badminton but I have improved a lot and that is why I love playing badminton. Moreover, I love to walk. I take my dog for a walk in the evening and in the morning. It makes me feel fit and also more aware.

    So, for becoming fit, I usually do many kind of activities such as early morning water drinking as well as warm water with apple cider vinegar and another thing is I used to do is yoga and the most generous thing that I do for my fitness is running and cardio mixture like cardio is an activity that I most frequently do in my evening times and afterwards that I run for 4 kilometers or 5 kilometers per day so doing cardio helps to strengthen my muscles as well as keep my gut health very good so that's why I think that cardio and running they both simultaneously help me to get my fit and I do it in evening mostly nearby 6 o'clock I guess and for doing cardio I usually take one mattress and put my timer and for one hour I do cardio after doing cardio I feel like very my body feels like very energetic as well as
