Band 7

So, one activity I do to stay fit is dancing. I started dancing when I was fairly very young. My mother pushed me into going because I remember one day she told me to click on the beats of a song and I couldn't match it with the rhythm. So she was very disappointed and told me to go to a dance school. That's where I started my dancing journey. I went to a classical dance studio specializing in Kathak and I was five years old. Since then I started dancing and regularly when I was in school I did Kathak. So dancing is a really good exercise. It moves every part of your body and helps you feel good about yourself while doing it. Then I proceeded to go to college and I started giving auditions for the western dance team which is also called SALT. I did that for three years and we have a set routine where we exercise for 20 minutes straight and we start with our head rolls, then we go on to our shoulders, hips, legs and then a core workout. So that's how I kept myself fit for all these years.

Band 6-7

The activity that I do to keep fit is walking. I go for a walk everyday and I target to finish at least 10,000 steps a day. I have started this habit since the last one year and I have been living with my family and we live in a colony where the roads are very private and very accessible and it is a very good experience walking there at night. Generally, I take my dog for a walk at night and I also do other activities whenever I am walking which would include either putting on my headphones, listening to music or listening to podcasts or listening to some study materials. So I can also learn a few things while I walk. It keeps me engaged and it also keeps me very active. I generally go for long walks. I walk for around 60 to 90 minutes and it is a very pleasant experience because I get to go outdoors. Generally I have a very sedentary lifestyle as I tend to sit and study all the time but this helps in me going outdoors and in connecting with nature and also keeping myself active. It does keep me mentally happy, physically. It keeps me, after dinners whenever I go for a walk, it does keep me pretty light and I feel good.

There are many activities which one can do to enhance his or her fitness level, but for me the best activity which I do usually is dancing. I love dancing, I have learned it from my college. When I was in college, I was in the society, dance society, which was named as Electro Western Dance Society. I learned a lot of dancing there, many forms. I have learned hip-hop, I have learned Bhangra, and many others. I usually now do dancing in the evening at my home, we have a huge hall, and it benefits me in many ways, like dancing makes me more peaceful and make my mind more thoughtful, and it enhances my strength, it enhances my stamina, which makes me a good person, better person. I have learned it from my college only, and after that I also go to some studios for dancing I met a lot of big dancers who are very reputed, and overall, dancing makes me a better person. It makes me calm, and it makes me a composed person.

Band 6

Well, today I would like to talk about an exercise which helped me to stay fit. As I am an early riser, my morning starts with a typical yoga session. And also I am actively engaged in meditation to keep my mental and physical health strong. As I believe that while doing meditation, it helped me to regain my focus on my studies and work and stay me fresh throughout the day. Likewise, I also do cardio in gym throughout my workout session. The most favorite exercise which I do is running on treadmill. As I believe that running on treadmill helped me to burn out my calories and which will beneficial for me to burn out my fat. Moreover, I think that whenever I eat more junk food, it can be good for me to do running on treadmill and doing cycling. And as it have more benefits while we do it for long time. And also if we have any problems such related to knees, running on treadmill can also solve it.

An activity that I do to keep myself active and feed is badminton. I love badminton. I love playing badminton because it makes me feel refreshed and it makes my body light after playing. I play it during the evening with my brother and my sister. I am not really good at playing badminton but I have improved a lot and that is why I love playing badminton. Moreover, I love to walk. I take my dog for a walk in the evening and in the morning. It makes me feel fit and also more aware.

Band 5-6

One activity, one effect activity, one effective way, okay, one effective activity to keep fit is running, I love running, it's the activity of weight management because it helps, it helps in putting calories which can assist in maintaining or lose weight, losing weight, okay, then, actually I run after my dinner for, after my dinner I keep rest for one hour and then I go running about one to two hours, then I have to rest and I have to go head this side, the end of my day, so, it's such a fantastic way to stay fit, I think, so, it isn't just about physical health, it's also great for my mental well-being, also, I can clear my mind, actually, and relieve stress, plus, it's super, very stable, I can do it every week.

at Zumbo to keep fit myself. I usually do physical activity to keep myself fit. For example Zumbo, it enhance my physical strength and also gives me a confidence I start that activity when I was in college. It keeps me physical fit and gives me a valuable confidence and strength. Additionally, it enhance my personality.

that's a meditation every single day when I wake up in the early morning at first I was gonna bath myself then I come to dry my hair and come and sit as far as I can 30 to 1 hour or 30 to 30 minutes to 2 hour doing meditation for each and every day it's give me a lot of pleasantness and feel more embollence while doing the meditation I feel ecstatic by myself and outside world it's bring me a lot of favors but I don't have the perception to how it's happen but I love to have it even though I don't know about that I thought that is the speciality of the the God's grace of some power and after I once done even I had a like kind of yoga sadhana some kind of asana is that I'm while doing this combination with meditation it's also it's my individual personal experience to enhance my future once I done my health fitness then it's it's the lead to my physical fitness both this I have a good
