When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I would like to talk about the skill which is every person should have, the calmness. Because if we just got frustrated and we just panicked, it is very harmful for us. So in every situation we just take a breath and just calm ourselves because it is very helpful to get the right decision and also for our health. So I just learned this skill from my experience. The one I would like to talk about is when I was in a school and the exam are at its place so I am very frightened of the exams but that's why I just have bad marks on my exams at once but in the next exam I just make myself calm and it is very helpful for me and I got good marks in that exam. So I would like to suggest that every person should have the skill calmness because it is very important for us also in our life because not every decision are good in a frustrated mood and in anger so take your decision with calmness and use of your brain in right direction also.

One skill that I can teach other people will be playing the piano. I have been playing the piano myself for around 10 years now. I actually followed into my sister's footsteps. I grew up watching her play the keyboard before me and in fact she was the person who taught me how to play the piano. Shortly after this, I joined this band group in my school where I made new friends and it helped me build a bigger and better social life. With my new band peers, we could exchange techniques and skills of how each of us read music sheets and just sharing different songs and different genres of music that each of us played, which was quite fun. I also then moved on to be in the college choir. I can teach playing the piano to other people by calling them home or I could travel to their houses and I know the way to teach people how to play the piano because my sister did it as well so if I follow into her footsteps then I know I can teach other people to play it. It would be a good source of revenue for me as well and it is really good therapy. I can introduce people to the piano by first teaching them how to read music and play the instrument.

Okay, this was a time when I used to work in my office and my colleagues, female colleagues, I used to work in a manufacturing company and in engineering department where majority of them were mechanical engineers and male dominant department. Yeah, there my female colleagues used to ask me how I convey my task so confidently and how it comes out to how it comes out and how do I convey my task to others whether it is regular day to day meeting updates or taking updates from other teams and following it up. So, and also the way I used to talk, the impact how it was setting it on other people. So, they asked me how did I develop this skill, how I be so confident in talking with other people and my teammates. They were curious to know about the skill of mine and they liked it and they kept asking me how do you be so confident and I told them to get out of the comfort zone sometimes, not to procrastinate always in whatever you do or just watch some movies and try participating in activities whether you are shy to do that or whether you are feeling uncomfortable still, you need to take up that task.

The most important task if I want to teach the skill is time management. Time management is very important in our day-to-day life. A lot of people are not able to cope up with the work they have been given for the day. This time management helps me to grow more and do work faster. I can teach this skill through a timetable program where I can tell people to do their most utmost important and lengthy tasks at first and small and least important tasks in the end of the day. This helps them to focus and concentrate more on the lengthy tasks which are utmost important for the day and which are not so important can be focused later on. Because people who do job from 9 to 6, the span of focusing is much more higher in the morning than in the evening. It also helps people to manage their time, manage their leisure time period and also helps to engage with others.

I think in today's day and age, being multilingual is always a cherry on top that you can add to your CV or your profile. I have had the wonderful opportunity to learn the French language since grade 8 and have been learning it for the past four years now. I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoy the language. I began learning it in school and now I have continued to pursue it even after, in fact, I gave my DELF A1 exam which is conducted by the French Embassy itself so it is quite prestigious and renowned. I would like to help others and also encourage others to do the same. By learning the language, it is not very difficult. I would advise everyone to start by understanding basic forms of sentences like the different adjectives, verbs are very important, nouns, pronouns, knowing the basics for all of them and being able to construct simple sentences. Something else that I would really recommend is watching movies or listening to songs in the language that you like to hear, which is French in this case, because when you do so, you are able to understand and hear the diction that they use and you are able to acquire the correct pronunciation for the different words because French being a language which is inspired and very heavily relies on accents like Latin is pronounced in one

In my journey of content creation, I have over the years mastered the art of storytelling. So it is definitely one of my hobbies and I would want to teach it to other people and I feel in my opinion I am good at it so I'll be able to help them out with small techniques that you can master while you develop the skill of storytelling. Storytelling is a very important tool because it is useful for you in a lot more ways than you can imagine. For example, if you are in a meeting and you want to express your ideas about a pitch, you can do it easily with the storytelling skills. Personally, I also work as a voiceover artist and I do write and create content on social media. So storytelling comes up as a handy tool in content creation as well because people really associate with whatever you are trying to say and people admire your work through this skill. And also in the 21st century, we do need a lot of skills that we need to develop to be in the real world, to make a mark in the world. Furthermore, I would just like to add that storytelling is not a very big of a deal. Anyone can learn it and with the right person teaching you and with the right techniques being taught to you, anyone can master it.

Firstly, I would like to say that I am a person who loves to learn new things. From my childhood itself, I like to learn several things that I see, especially in the musical field. When I was 10, I used to see so many musical videos and to hear so many podcasts of music, so I was so eager to learn musical instruments and I was so into drums. After some years, I started learning with some small sticks on the table and my father saw that and he bought me a new drum and in that I started learning it and after some years I became a little professional in that and I started learning it through online medias like YouTube and Google. So I learned it on my own and I would like to teach it to others because I learned it on my own so I can, I know what I am capable of and it is really amazing to make others to feel the real experience of playing musical instruments. I will feel really comfortable while playing and even though I can end through it. I am from a middle class family so while going to a program I can earn some money from that and I can use it for my personal use as well as my family use.

I would strongly say it is Volleyball, as I was since playing it for the past three years, I had learnt several things, several techniques, training sessions, I did a lot of training. As I was playing, my position is a libero who actually defends the ball when a spiker hits from the opposite direction. Ever since I was playing, that position, due to my height, I was short actually, so that position fits me so well. I could say that playing as a libero had made me feel delightful. I can teach this to anyone. I also had taught this skill to some of my friends who were actually struggling to do the receive and reception from the opposite side of the court. It makes me feel, this position is actually so cool and it is the backbone of the team where the receives are actually received.

Well, my favourite hobby is something which many people are scared of. And I am thrilled to share this that my favourite hobby is public speaking. I was very young when I learnt this skill. It was not something which came naturally to me. But because I was a child, I was a child who kept on participating in a lot of competitions. And by the time I found out that mic is something and the stage is something which gives me an identity. Not everybody can be a good speaker because it takes a lot of courage and confidence to be on the stage. But as soon as you enter into the world of competitions where you try to improve yourself by every word you speak, then automatically you get into it. Moreover, I am a girl who is very debating. I love debating. If I have a point and I need to prove it, I will go to any extent to prove that I am right. I love giving my ideas a voice. Because we live in a country where if you don't speak for yourself, then people will get a chance to suppress you. And that is why I feel that being a girl and pursuing a hobby like public speaking is the best combo one can ever ask for.

Recently I developed an interest in the field of fitness and gym. I was searching about various activities that I could do in my leisure time. This is when I came across fitness. I tried fitness for over a year and now I can happily say that I am mastered in it. I do regular fitness at least for 2 hours a day which gives me my health and mental peace. The way I do my fitness is inspired by Michael Jordan. He is a person with good physique and hence he is my inspiration. I am happy to say that I can give and spread knowledge to others also. I help my friend in fitness journey because I know the ways, procedures and methods of doing this. The nutrition that needs to be taken, the diet that has to be maintained and even the quantity and supplements that need to be taken. I am a natural body weight lifter so I can say that I know the knowledge of what has to be done in the precise way. I can help others build their own dream physique and have also made many transformations for few of my candidates. I think that each and everyone should try this fitness thing because it is a great opportunity to transform themselves, have a positive attitude, build discipline and also encourage others to provide hygiene environment around others. This also helps mental peace and stability and gives you confidence.
