When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Certainly there is one skill I can teach to others, which is computer skills. I learned this computer skill from my father, basics from my father and after that I learned, I wanted to learn in deep so I took a course, a certificate course from an open university and I learned deeply from there, in which there are four modules, CIT, course name was CIT, Certificate Information Technology, in which there are four subjects, was parted into four subjects, which is CIT-1, CIT-2, CIT-3, CIT-4, in which there is HTML, second is Java, thirdly is how to use MS Office and fourth is how to use all of that combining skill. And all through this skill, the skill I have learned is very hard to teach, hard to get graphs, but by giving them tutorial and giving them time to practice, others can learn it. A skill that I can teach other people is to solve a Rubik's cube. It is one of the best skills I have ever learnt in my life. I learnt to solve a Rubik's cube when I was in 6th grade. A friend of mine taught me how to solve it and by time I learnt it and now I can solve it under 1 minute. It is one of the best skills I learnt in my life. The one thing I am sure is that I can teach the skill to other people for sure but it would take some time to learn but it is not impossible. However, it would be difficult because it is not that easy to learn. There are various equations and formulas so it would take time to apply all of those and solve it and I feel proud because I heard that only 5-6% of people in the world only knows how to manage to solve a Rubik's cube and I feel proud because it is a few million people who knows how to solve a Rubik's cube and I am happy to teach it to other people and I feel proud and I thank my friend who teached me to solve it.

Many people like arts, and there are many institutions for art too. One of my most common art pieces are, well, I drew a bird, a clown, which looked realistic, and my school liked it so much that it even, well, it even kept it inside the art gallery of the school, and, well, I think that people can learn this skill easily, because around the world, there are many institutions that help with the same topic. The skill that I learnt since my childhood is cooking and I have had the opportunity of learning this skill from my mother. As I used to always observe her cook in the kitchen, it always fascinated me. I think it is one of the most stunning skill that a person can have. I intend on sharing this skill with others via social media. I can also give one-on-one classes to children as well as adults. I have known various different types of cooking, various different types of cuisine such as Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese etc. According to me, I think that this skill is very important because it adds up to your skills of social survival. Moreover, I think this skill should not be gender biased. It should be learnt and practiced by both men and women. Furthermore, I also believe that this skill is a lot more than just knowing how to cook. Because it teaches one how to feed others and how to take care of oneself as well as others around you. So, cooking is one of the most easiest yet very vital skill that one must learn in their life in order to survive.

The skill that I learned in my life is welding. Even though I didn't get that much proper guidance, but when I was studying my engineering, I know a little bit of welding. And after graduating from engineering, when my church decided to construct a new star for Christmas using iron bars, they want a welder to weld the irons. But in the church youth academy, no one has the idea how to weld. So I came forward and showed my idea to the priest and my peers. They all accepted the structure and the idea that I gave them. And after we drew the star structure, we decided to cut the iron bars and weld. But no one knows how to weld that. So I decided to teach them by saying you have to weld this like putting the iron rod and other rod together then welding with welding rod and it will be welded. After a certain time they all learned how to weld tangos. After that I feel amazed of myself and I feel proud because I can teach someone who doesn't know anything about welding. I think it was one of the unforgettable skills in my life.

A skill that I can teach to other people is painting. I used to paint since I was a child. I learned it myself or we can say it was inbuilt talent because all my cousins used to paint. Moreover, they are professional in art. Although I didn't go to any classes, I think I can make a good teacher. I can help people to learn art, to develop their art. I have helped children with their artworks such as sketching and drawing. I used to guide them. In my spare time, I used to paint for long hours. I personally believe that painting refreshes my mind and it is rejuvenating after incessant work. It needs a lot of dedication and concentration to paint a proper picture. As a result, it helps to uncoil the confusions in your mind.

I love pencil sketches while like actually I love pencil sketches of babies and I teach sketches to other people because my younger brother is also love to paint and sketch. I teach him how to sketch eyes, nose and appropriate shading to the sketch, which pencil you have to use, which shade or which whitener for eyes you have to use. This is some small thing I can learn to the others while sketching. After that, I focusing on realistic sketching, especially of babies. I love to capture their emotions and expressions on the paper. They are so innocent and I think babies sketches are really simple to for beginners. So yeah, that's the skill I teach to other people. I am physiotherapist by profession. Few years back I had attended a workshop where I learnt about a new technique called manipulation. Manipulation is a very skilled technique which is practiced by professionals, professional physiotherapist to reduce pain and increase the range of motions of the joints. It is used in the cases of joint pain and various other injuries. For example, if the neck has become stiff then we use certain maneuvers to increase the flexibility and reduce the pain. When I learnt this workshop I was very fascinating about the results which we get after the manipulation. It was very tricky and difficult to perform initially. Then as soon as I started using the skills over my patients I got to see very positive result from my patient and that is where I decided to further update myself. So I did four levels that is basic, intermediate and advanced level and then I became a certified licensed manipulator. After becoming a certified manipulator I decided to held several workshops regarding the same in order to interact with other physiotherapist students and enhance my skills and knowledge regarding the same.

The skill that I have is being calm in a situation where most people will panic. I first learned this skill, actually it was a gradual phase of learning for me, was when I was 8 years old and from the age of 8 till the age of 20, I had faced a lot of problems in my life, a lot of hurdles which I did not know how to overcome but some way or the other I found ways with which I could overcome those problems and that helped me develop this skill of being calm and composed when things go south. So what I see nowadays is that people panic and once you start to lose your senses you do things wrong even if you are very good at them. So to be calm, to be composed, to have your thoughts clear is something that I could very well teach. It's a hard pill to swallow, I won't disagree but it's something that is quite essential if you want to be successful in your life. To be honest I am not very successful either but I wouldn't say I am the perfect person to teach but the thing is if I can impart even a little bit of what I know to a person and if it can help even a small percentage of that person's life then I think
