When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The app which I use on my phone often is Instagram. As you can see, many of us now are on Instagram, we have our accounts and we do like to share our pictures with our families and friends. We do connect with them for that purpose itself that we need to share our daily life with them, what is going on in our life, what achievements we have got, what medals we have got, what achievements, what other things which we have got. We need to share with them and that's the reason we connect to each other and I often use Instagram, you can say for at least three to four hours in a day, I spend on Instagram seeing other's story, what they are doing in their life and what we are doing in our life, we need to share it. I put a story, not regularly but two or three times a week and then we start talking to each other, we get to meet new friends, we get to make new friends.

The app I would like to talk about is known as Reddit. It is an old school community app, more like a social media app. It was introduced to me by my friend, who is also a co-enthusiast on diecast. We both really go hunting for diecast and toy cars. So once when we were looking for diecast, we met someone who was also a big time collector of diecast. And he introduced us to this community app called Reddit. And thereafter we started looking for new cars and other toys from Reddit. Mostly whenever I get time, I go on the Hot Wheels community in the app and check out new Hot Wheels that are for sale by other collectors. Furthermore, I really enjoy using Reddit and there are also other communities and other passionate people in this app. So having the power to connect with other passionate people who are into similar interest is very good in my opinion. Overall it is a great app and it is good for socializing. Unlike the modern social media apps such as Instagram and Facebook, Reddit has much more knowledge hidden in it.

The app I'm going to talking about is ChatGPT. It's an AI in the meaning of Artificial Intelligence and LLM model. I got introduced to it during my engineering days where one of my colleagues told me that it is something you can use for taking care of assignments and some repetitive tasks. In addition, it can also solve any kind of problem be it related to health or finance. You just name it, it is there to work around with you. Furthermore, I am of the view that overuse of it creates independency. Hence, I have decided that I will mindfully choose when to use it and when to not. By that means, I mean there has to be some kind of research and correction which you should do yourself and have a confidence whether whatever you are doing is absolutely correct or not and not blindly rely on any other sources. Because of the popularity of this, many other companies have also started launching their own models. If I would name a few, it are Gemini and Claude. So to differentiate, now they are of very different skills just as characteristics in humans. Some are very good at creating images. Some are very good at talking while some are very good at complexity, solving maths, etc. So, it is going to take over further more in the future.

Well, I don't vacillate about the fact that Lightroom Mobile is the application I look upon to every now and then. Being a photojournalist and a documentary photographer, I have a lot of assignments to do and when I'm done with the work, the first thing I do is reaching home and going on board to the particular app and modifying or editing the photos and the pictures I've gotten. So it's really easy to use. It's not a complex software at all. You don't have to worry about being that. You can glide through the features and navigate through the application pretty much easily. I've been using it since three years and the first time I used it was when I was going through a video on YouTube which described various editing softwares and the particular software Lightroom is the one I found really easy and helpful.

Okay, well, there is an app called Bluebeam which is installed in my laptop. That software is mostly used for editing PDF files. As we all know that PDFs, when we made a PDF file, it is not editable. So if we have to add something or remove something, some words from the file, it is very tedious to do the editing. But using this software, it is very easy to perform. We can erase the content that is already in the PDF or we can add any additional things to that PDF using this software. And also it is freely available for, its trial version is freely available for installing and it is very user-friendly also. One thing I like about that software it is, we can export the files in various format like Word format or Excel format like that, means we can convert the PDF to various format. And also for project management in civil engineering, people are using this software.

I would like to talk about an application that has been on my phone since I was a kid. It's Instagram. When I was around 10 to 12 years old, there was a hype about Instagram being available for kids who were plus 16 years old, but of course since I was a very rebellious kid, I wanted to try that app for a very long period of time. So when my parents gifted me my first smartphone when I was in 7th grade, I quickly grabbed that opportunity and downloaded Instagram to see what the hype was about. So it's basically an app where you can connect with your friends or individuals which hold same interest and I was quickly intrigued by the fascinating idea that application had. I use it almost every day for connecting with my friends, family and strangers which hold similar interest and I like scrolling reels and seeing memes about different topics. Other than that, the app also provides me updates about the recent affairs that has been happening around the world, either it's technological advancement or any international affair that went wrong or right for a particular country. So I like using Instagram a lot about every technological domain or anything that I would like to explore in my life.

The app on my mobile phone that I often use is Instagram. I started using it since 2014 I guess. I am not very sure. But since then I started using and I am following it very curiously because it is a social media app and it allows me to connect with my friends and families and the whole world. It gives me information about the current situation of the geopolitics and what is going on in the world and how the things, how can anyone tackle the situation in a given period of time. So it allows me to reconnect with my friends. I can chat over there. I can make a video call to my friends and families. Also I can send anything if I want to send, if I want to, if I like it, I can send it to anyone we can and I make any kind of reels. But it is important to use it wisely because there is a lot of, there is a lot of bad things also. We can, we can use it for the bad things.

Well now a days most of the youngsters are aware of this app that is no other than chatjipiti. This is in my phone since 2024 but to be honest I didn't use it because I feel it is not essential or useful for me but when I get to know about the correct usage of the app the result was stunning. I find that you can create if you have any question in your mind if you want to speak English and you want to check your everything you can get from there easily you do not need any tutor. I find lot of objects there I see that in this app you can easily get your answers for instance last year I had an assignment I was stuck at some questions because I didn't find it in Google even to enhance the word limit for my particular question but when I get to know about the chatjipiti even the word limit I want I easily get from chatjipiti and my answer was accurate when I submitted my assignments the result was astonishing because I didn't expect the kind of result I had and this all thanks to the chatjipiti or the technology and even you can create your photographs like for instance if you are living or you have a photograph of your home you can even create your dream place or place or particular place before your photograph and it is exactly looking like you are in that place when I get to know about that thing it is from my colleague when I

There's an application on my computer named as SketchUp. It helps me build three-dimensional structures with the help of some rough ideas that I have sketched or I have drawn on other softwares like AutoCAD. SketchUp is one of the most realistic making three-dimensional structures as it is very bound to create structures that could be formed very easily just by just some extensions like push and pull or draw a line or creating a box whatever it may but it helps me design a plan into the actual elevations of it. I use this application regularly as in my field of architecture it is very important to think about the elevations of a building as well. We cannot design a building just by designing the plans for it. We also have to think about all the elevation and three-dimensional structures that are compulsory in the making. I really believe that using this app has helped me a lot be it about visualizing or as a matter of fact designing. It has altogether made my life easier.
