When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

My favorite city is Bombay, which is located in India. It is also called as Mumbai. Some people prefer calling it Bombay or Mumbai and people get attached to this particular city because of everything that it has to offer. It is very strong in its workaholic culture at the same time promoting other cultures such as religion, their traditions. People in Bombay are more liberal as compared to anywhere in India because people have the liberty to go to marine drive, to go to a lot of cafes, restaurants, work, hustle. Most of the Bollywood celebrities are based out of Bombay, Mumbai because of its inviting nature. Bombay feels inclusive for everybody to just go there and have fun. I love taking a walk on the marine drive and then eating at the Pizza Bay, which is a cafe, a very popular one. I love watching celebrities' homes and visiting museums, beaches, traveling from South Bombay to North Bombay to East to West and witnessing the cultural shift. Although the traffic in Bombay is a little problematic, but if you are in Bombay, you do not care about the traffic because Bombay has so much to offer you, even on the streets while sitting inside a car. You can look outside, look at the great views. There are celebrities' homes. You can meet your dream people over there. Mukesh Ambani has his own home in Bombay.

One city I would love to go back again is probably New Delhi. New Delhi is steeped and intrinsically intertwined with the history of our nation. From monuments of the Mughal age to museums documenting the prehistoric Indian civilization, the city has a wide variety of options for a traveller to explore. It also has remnants of the independence movement which is something of an interest for me. I had initially visited the city when I was quite young, about 5 years old with my parents and had the chance to go around the city but I couldn't inculcate much during that visit. Thereafter, when I started working there and moved in 2023, I had the chance to visit those monuments and those historical places again and I was fully blown away. That apart, I feel because of staying there for 2 years after my law school, I had a chance to make great friends around the city who I dearly miss now that I have shifted back home Moreover, there are multiple places of fine dining in that city that cater to my taste buds and the options we have there in terms of Italian food, Indian food, Mediterranean food, Japanese food, Korean food is just something which I don't think any city in India offers. Lastly, the weather is impeccable for 2 months in Delhi and it is the best thing that I have experienced.

The city I want to talk about is Tirupati, which is located in Andhra Pradesh, India. I visited Tirupati a few each and every year with my parents and it left a deep impression on me because of its spiritual atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Tirupati is also famous for the Tirumala Venkateswara temple, which attracts millions of devotees every year. When I visited, I was amazed by the grandeur of the temple and the devotion of the people. Apart from the temple, the city has some lovely natural spots like the Tirupati hills and nearby waterfalls, which make it a peaceful and refreshing place to visit. One of the reasons I want to go back is to explore more of the hills and enjoy the local culture. I also want to experience the temple rituals again because they were truly fascinating and spiritually uplifting. The city has good food markets and a welcoming atmosphere, which makes it even more enjoyable for visitors. Overall, Tirupati is a city that combines spirituality, nature, and culture. That's why I really want to visit again.

The city that I would recommend people to visit and I would want to visit again is Auroville. It's a calm, serene city by the Union Territory Pondicherry. It has few beaches. I travelled there few months back with my dad. When we visited the beach there, I could see that people were really into the slow living and I saw them fishing early in the morning just as a hobby and biking, people biking everywhere that they wanted to visit and I could observe that their community is very close knit and their food have a very strong French influence over them. So overall it was a very unique experience for me. They have hobbies like yoga and similar activities which makes them spiritually sound and it adds to the calm atmosphere and their motto of the town is self-sufficiency. So I think overall, I think it would be a great place to even visit again and explore more of the city.

Well, one city I have been to and would really like to visit again is Danang which is located on the central coast of Vietnam. I visited it about a month ago during a trip with my family and it turned out to be one of the most memorable vacations I ever had. While we were there, we spent time spending some of the city's most famous attractions. We went to the Marble Mountain which are beautiful limestone hills with caves and temples inside. We also visited the Dragon Bridge which often lights up at night and breathes fire and water on weekends. Another highlight of the day trip was to Bana Hills where we saw the stunning Golden Bridge, the one which is held up by two giant stones and the weather was perfect there and the scenery was breathtaking. Danang itself felt modern, clean and relaxed but also surrounded by nature. The people were friendly and the beaches were clean and calm. The seafood was absolutely delicious. I would love to visit Danang again because I felt like there is still a lot to explore. I didn't get enough time at the beach and I would also like to visit Hoi An which is just a short drive away. I have also heard that the city is especially beautiful during festivals so I would like to experience that atmosphere one day.

I want to speak about the capital city of India, New Delhi. I went along with my friends in 2022 to Delhi as part of an internship. It started as an educational trip but however it turned to be the most memorable trip of my life. The city was so crowded but gave me a different aspect of Indian people. Moreover, I loved the food and culture. I never thought I would love a North Indian city this much before I've been there. I even loved the street food and my friends and I decided that we'll be going there after few years when we are all settled. We stayed at a local hotel and the people were so welcoming. They were half Malayali so we had no trouble with the language. In addition, we went to the Sarojini market which is famous in Delhi. We bought a bunch of clothes from there at an affordable rate with good quality.

The place I want to visit again is New Delhi, it's the capital of India. I did my post-graduation from Delhi, from SPI college way back in 2012. I would want to go back to Delhi again and again, that was the last time, it's been over a decade I visited Delhi. Delhi has not just given me education, I have made lifetime of memories there, I have met a lot of my friends, it's given me my life partner, I met my husband in Delhi. Delhi is life, there is two parts of Delhi, one is the old Delhi and the new Delhi, both has its own significance, own colour to it. I like the old Delhi vibe, the food, the street food, the chaats in old Delhi, the shopping in old Delhi and cut to that, the new Delhi, the select city walk, the malls, the movie theatres. I have had a wonderful time and I would like to go back to Delhi any day in my life.

Recently on a vacation to Vietnam, I, along with my family, stayed in the city of Hanoi. Hanoi is one of the most famous and well-known cities of Vietnam, where a lot of foreigners visit throughout the year. I felt that the city was really lively and the people there were very warm. They are such... Oh, my children. Recently on a vacation to Vietnam, I visited the city of Hanoi. Hanoi is one of the most important cities in the country of Vietnam. The people there are very warm and nice. I really enjoyed staying there for a part of my holiday. That city is very organized, very lively, has really nice markets. One of the main reasons I would want to visit again is because I was able to explore a lot of places outside the city of Hanoi, but I was not able to explore the city of Hanoi fully. So I would like to go on another vacation to Vietnam, stay in Hanoi and check out the local places, the local food. I was able to go to a few restaurants near my hotel, but I don't think I am satisfied with that. The colors that remind me of the city are red and yellow. The city is actually influenced by a lot of communist culture. So I really love the way the people behave there. So when I went to the city, I noticed that a lot of people have opened doors. They interact a lot with strangers. They have stools sitting outside every establishment. And in the evening, a lot of people will come and gather near those establishments or on pathways or on footpaths, sit there, have conversations, talk with people. And that is something which is very new to me. It is not something that I see on a daily basis.

The city that I have recently visited was the city of Prague in Czechoslovakia. I was always amazed by this city looking at the pictures and always wanted to visit the place and I had the opportunity of visiting Prague in August last year. I was amazed by the beautiful ancient architecture that the city holds. The long winding roads down the city with beautiful old architecture on one side followed by riverside, beautiful bridges which are constructed, beautiful bridges which have been constructed there since many many centuries ago. And even now there are painters and artists who are sitting on the bridge performing and showing their arts. There are musicians there who perform live music and there are people who just gather around them and enjoy the moment. I had the opportunity of visiting a very beautiful sunset standing on the Charles Bridge there. I also got my portrait painted from one of the artists on the street. I enjoyed the food and it was really a treat for the taste buds. There are vast gardens there and we had a very hearty chat when we were sitting in the garden looking at the castle in front of us. The visit to a castle was indeed a very enthralling appearance because we reached there at an hour where there was a change of guards and witnessing a phenomenon that happens once in a day.

Given the chance, I'd love to talk about the city Chandigarh, I visited in Punjab, which is often called the heart of the Sikh community. Punjab is famous for its historical landmarks, spiritual significance, vibrant culture, rich tradition and it's, of course, it's a delicious cuisine. I went there with my family and we stayed for a week. One moment that really stays in my memory was visiting Shri Anandpur Sahib Gurdwara. Honestly, it was not only visually breathtaking, but also incredibly uplifting on a spiritual level. Another highlight was the Virasate Khalsa Museum. Visiting it gave me a deeper understanding of my cultural roots and the heritage of the Sikh community, which I found fascinating. Besides sightseeing, we spent a lot of time exploring the local markets and trying various traditional foods. I vividly remember tasting Shardai, a unique and refreshing drink made from a blend of nuts and seeds. It was something I had never tried before and it really left a lasting impression on me. What made this city especially meaningful is that it has a really, it holds a really special place in my heart. Even now, whenever I think about Punjab, I feel a strong sense of nostalgia and it makes me excited about the possibility of visiting it again.
