I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Exciting experiences are very common in every individual's life. Here I would like to speak about an exciting experiences in my life. It was my birthday. During that time, my husband brought a cake and hid it in the fridge. I don't know about that and also my parents and his sisters don't know about that, about the plan, but I don't know about this plan, etc. At the midnight 12 o'clock, I found that cake in the fridge because my husband called me through the phone and he asked me to open the fridge. It was really an amazing experience for me because at that time it was a red velvet cake. It was a very favorite for me, so I'm so excited. Also, he gave me a shoe that was selected by me, but I don't know about that shoe because I'm not bothered about the shoe that he gifted me, etc. So I'm so excited for that.

One of the most exciting experiences in my life when was I travelling alone for the first time to a big city. It happened last year when I went from my hometown Tauliawar to Lucknow to meet my sister and her husband who are studying medicine there. I had never travelled such a long distance by myself before so I was both nervous and excited. I took a bus earlier in the morning and the whole journey took about 10 hours. I was responsible for managing everything, buying tickets, keeping my luggage safe and finding the right location. Once I reached the city, these experiences became exciting because it was something new and challenging. I felt a great sense of independence and confidence after reaching safely. Also, when I met my sister and her husband at a station, I felt really proud of myself. It was exciting because I realized I was capable of handling things on my own and it gave me a lot of movement for the future. That journey taught me how to be more responsible and brave in familiar situations.

To describe an exciting experience in my life, it is about one of the lab experience that I have while working in an internship at Indian Council of Medical Research, National Institute of Virology. I was working in a hepatitis lab on gel electrophoresis. It is a technique to determine the DNA bands, whether there are DNA bands or not, what is the size of DNA bands and all these are some of the aspects that we acknowledge by doing that technique. So it happened mostly around last year, 2024 December when I was doing the experiment where I have to test whether there is a DNA or not. So the process while doing that technique, the process is to add some of the reagents. Suppose that if we are cooking, if we are cooking some dishes, okay, if we are cooking that one particular dishes where we need different kinds of ingredients and your mom says that no, you have to put these particular ingredients in the dish and do not put other ingredients. So I got so much freaked out and got confused and stressed that which one ingredient has to put, which one it has did not and did not I have to put. So I got very confused that moment and I put some of the wrong ingredients I assumed and then I checked there was a DNA band and then I realized okay I put a nice good ingredients only just my confusion and assumption.

An exciting experience that I have experienced in my life is bungee jumping. I really want to do this activity in my life. Recently, one year ago, when I went to Rishikesh with my friends, there are so many activities including bungee jumping also. So I tried that. Firstly, I was so scared to do that because of the height and in the ground, it was all the river and I am not a swimming person. So I don't know how to swim. So firstly, I was scared to do that. But here is a crew man who motivated me to do that. But after sometime when he pushed me to that with the help of the rope, I fell down in the ground. At first, I screamed so much loud. An exciting memory that I've had probably would be when I received my first certification. So this happened a couple months back and I came across this website and this course called IUSCA which is an international accredited course for strength and conditioning. So I went on to that, I started the course and it was really interesting. I kept I kept wanting to continue to learn more and more and more. In addition it really helped me pass time. I was more engaged in my activities and enhanced my knowledge as well. What happened was because of me completing that course and a certification I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment which I have not felt in a very long time ever since I stopped playing at a competitive level. Now I am doing something good and back home after being successful. So 2-3 days I searched college. I had an interest in camera and lighting. So I find a college Asian Academy of Film and Television in Florida. I go and take my admission. At that time I don't have much money. So I pay my college fees in EMI and also I arrange a hostel. So at that time I studied camera and lighting and after when my college is over, I do part time job in a departmental store as a salesman. This experience is scary and so much great for me because it teaches me how to become independent. This experience is a survival. So I pay my college fees by my own and pay my rent.

One exciting experience in my life was the moment for publication in a reputed journal after months of research and development.
